After a conversation with the company's CEO, the service was excellent, and they always listened. Great service, and without a doubt, I will recommend their software.

This is a great tool for those offering simple personalization and customization. Just the right tools, and it's right priced. I've been in the product customization software industry for many years with a higher priced competitor, not on the app store, and the feature set here is almost comparable. In fact, I would choose this over that for what I am doing. Some areas that could use improvement: Profanity Filtering - We could use an integration or home grown solution that is more foolproof. Multiple product perspectives - more complex personalization would require multiple views of the product. Color Swatches in Options Sets generated from a Color Library - a bit cumbersome to have to build swatches for the front-end UI (Option Set) separately from the template library. Swatches could be generated from the color library that is referenced in a template for the Option Set. This would save quite a bit in setup time.

Morena and Jose are amazing. The product is robust and feature rich. Once you wrap your head around the features the product is easily navigated. No better product customiser out there.

This is a great app if you are looking to offer personalized products that customers can design from your website. They have some of the best support who will help you get up and running every step of the way. I have been very happy with my experience with this company and it has been one of the best options for this feature that I was able to find. I definitely recommend checking out Customily.

The Customily team has opened up such a large market for my brands and given me a sustainable competitive advantage over my competition. Break into high competition yet high volume niches with personalization! A bit of a learning curve but the Customily team is right there to help. Once you get your first product created its pretty easy. Like anything new, you have to be willing to learn it. Worth the effort. Thanks Jose and everyone at Customily!

Una aplicación realmente increíble. Tras probar prácticamente todas las aplicaciones para personalización de producto y print on demand, definitivamente la más versátil y completa. Tiene tantas opciones que no te la acabas, pero a la vez, crear un diseño y un producto nuevo es realmente sencillo cuando le pillas el truco. Además perfectamente conectada con los principales proveedores de print on demand para automatizar todo el proceso si es lo que necesitas. Como colofón, un servicio de soporte y de atención rápido y supereficaz. Si hubiese 10 estrellas se las pondría.

It has great tools and settings but bear in mind that it will take it some time to understand how to properly make it work. Even though, this app has great customer service.
