This app has been a feature we have longed for in our business. It has made our wholesale and everyday customers feel more involved with our brand and catered to. Additionally the developers and techs involved are so attentive and patient even with the smallest questions. Given time they come up with creative solutions and have made an app that we will continue to work with. Thank you!

What you will not be disappointed with using this app is the customer support! They genuinely care about their customers and will do their best to ensure that their services will compliment your business to the best of it's ability. I HIGHLY recommend trying them out to see if it will work with your website. Great, great company! You won't be disappointed working with them!

I have found Customily personalisation app to be one of the best so far so good. Much easier to use than i thought. I have tried several apps and admit support is the next biggest thing apart from a well needed clever app to move forward in your project build. I used their support chat and realised they are in a different time zone to the UK I waited and my patients paid off. Cecilia has offered excellent support who understands the app and with great depth. Cecilia helped several times and was a pleasure, believe me the wait was worth it. I would highly recommend them to anyone who is serious about finding and solving the personalisation struggle for your store. Big Thanks

There's a lot of apps out there for customizing products. So why Customily? Well, their set up process is SO much easier than everything else that's out there. The UI is easy to navigate and all functions are simple to create. This is from someone that is tech savvy, but not to that extent. On top of that, their customer service and dev teams are incredibly helpful. If there's anything that's out of your reach, they are sure to help. Well worth the price!

Customily is one of the best apps I have come acros. If not THE best! And as for the support, they are there whenever you need and the level of service is out of this world. Could not be happier, and a shout out to Julieta who helped me with a bunch of things with just a few clicks of some buttons. Magic!

After a conversation with the company's CEO, the service was excellent, and they always listened. Great service, and without a doubt, I will recommend their software.

This is a great tool for those offering simple personalization and customization. Just the right tools, and it's right priced. I've been in the product customization software industry for many years with a higher priced competitor, not on the app store, and the feature set here is almost comparable. In fact, I would choose this over that for what I am doing. Some areas that could use improvement: Profanity Filtering - We could use an integration or home grown solution that is more foolproof. Multiple product perspectives - more complex personalization would require multiple views of the product. Color Swatches in Options Sets generated from a Color Library - a bit cumbersome to have to build swatches for the front-end UI (Option Set) separately from the template library. Swatches could be generated from the color library that is referenced in a template for the Option Set. This would save quite a bit in setup time.
