I had a great experience getting my customizable bracelet product set up with the help of Jhofre Marquez. He walked me through every step of the process — to creating a design that allows my customers to choose from meaningful pre-set quotes or add their own personal message. I really appreciated how he helped configure separate options for silver and gold bracelets, each with their own unique quotes, and how smoothly the personalization features now display on my product page. The attention to detail — like importing the correct ShineOn template for perfect sizing and setting up conditions for variant-specific customization — made a big difference. He also identified and is actively working on improvements for multi-line text input and font adjustments to enhance the customer preview experience. I love this app. The customer service is on point. They have a great team that is very responsive and helpful. They helped us generate some customization templates for our products, teaching us how to do it along the way. Truly one of the best apps and service I have had.

I would absolutely recommend this app. It is very user friendly. It has so much you can do on it. Yes it is a learning curve if you are not experienced in design but the people at Customily are so incredibly nice and supportive. They have actual live people to answer questions and assist in any way possible. They WANT you to be successful. There are not many Personalizer products or apps like this at all. Actually I believe they are the only ones that give this kind of service.

I haven’t been using Customily for long, but I’ve had some great experiences with it. To be honest, before choosing Customily, I explored a few other apps with similar features. The main reason I decided to invest in Customily was its user-friendly interface (though I’m still figuring things out and getting used to all its features). What really stood out to me was the multilingual support team. As a beginner, having access to helpful support is essential, and I truly appreciate Customily’s support team—especially Henri Nguyễn, who has been incredibly helpful. Definitely worth using and experiencing!

Excellent interface a bit tedious on somethings and a bit confusing at first. This app was built for people with a bit more advanced knowledge. For the life of me the designs aspect and the product base is a not very intuitive so we use the tenplates 100 percent of the time. The fees are a bit understable. They charge 1.00 basically per transaction per product so build that into your cost. Overall it does a great deal more and the fees of having a print ready file are valuable. But for the love of all thats holy please allow us designers to use designs and merge them to templates. Kudos if we can use and upload ai files as true layers. No real printer uses psds or eps

Customily has been a great addition to my store. We migrated from another product personalizer app and have had a much smoother experience. The support team has been great to work with and quickly address any issues we face as well as actually implementing feature requests we've suggested. Great app highly recommend.

I've compared a lot of personalizers, some with some great features. This one has the most convenient ones. When comparing look for things like the ability to auto generate mockups when others make you manually map your designs onto mockup backgrounds. The ability to allow the customer to move objects around, the ability to have logic that allows the customer to type words and have those mapped to alphabet images. The ability to allow the customer to select their font from a curated list you set. The ability to allow the customer to select the background image or color or resize the image on the fly. Not to mention the ability to remove backgrounds from uploaded images. When you weigh up all the features and ease of use, the monthly fee they charge becomes more reasonable.

My experience with Customily Product Personalizer has been excellent so far. It’s a very handy tool and incredibly easy to integrate with our webshop. The support team is fantastic—they respond quickly and provide professional assistance whenever needed. We’ve been searching for a design tool for two years, exploring options from India to Vietnam to Poland, but Customily is by far the best we’ve come across. We’ve been using it for a week now, and it has exceeded our expectations. We have no regrets about choosing this app. Of course, there’s always room for improvement, and some functionalities are still missing. However, the good news is that updates are rolled out regularly, which shows their commitment to improving the tool. Overall, I highly recommend Customily Product Personalizer to anyone looking for a reliable and user-friendly product personalization solution!
