Great app and great customer service.

I needed help to when the custom product option box was not showing due to a different theme files setup from the theme I'm using and the team sorted out the issue pretty quick and all is good now. Thanks for this

I needed a custom form field on my site for customers to input special requests at checkout. I was looking for a simple app that just did one or two things and did them really well. This app nailed it. We now have a form field on our product pages that blends in with the design of our theme, and the app was so simple to install and use. At first, because we're using a custom theme, we ran into some issues having it show up, but customer service responded pretty much instantly and helped us not only have it work with our theme, but made some other tweaks and customizations that we asked for after the fact. If you're looking for an infinitely customizable app that does 1000 things, this might not be the one for you, but for simplicity and price, this app is wonderful.

I used this app to add product options to my website and I must say I am very satisfied with it. Easy to use but what is the most important - great customer service, always ready to help. For instance I had recently a question about specific options which wasn't readily available on the app. When I contacted Ray, he had offered to customise the app for my needs. Very fast and straight to the point. Highly recommended !

The app is simple and offers limited options in the sense that your customization fields will be the same for all products you decide to customize. We are only starting to offer customization on our products so, for our needs, this app is enough. To our knowledge, it is the only app that offers product customization at this price point. Raj was really helpful when it came to installing the app for our theme. We couldn't make it work through the app dashboard and within a few hours he set it up for us. Excellent customer service!

I asked to have the liquid code added to my website. Done within an hour. The app is easy to use, but did not realize you have to have the same form for every product so you have to be creative. Once I figured out what I wanted my for to say I was good. Then, I wanted to see if their was a way to have my form set up side by side and was not sure that was possible but asked anyway and within an hour they did it again, they fixed the way I wanted it. So now I am a Happy Product Customizer. So very impressed with their Excellent Customer Service. Thank you all so much!

Love the customer service! I had trouble knowing where to place the code for the app and within 12 hours Raj emailed me back and had the code in place for me.

The app lacks some basic functionality such as the possibility to change color, but I wrote twice to the developer with questions and they answered super quickly, and as a result everything I need just works.

It worked great for me. Had doubts as to how to install it, but the tech support was very quick and efficient and they installed it for me. Recommended!!

It seemed like a good fit for my store: I just need customers just to describe the personalized design they want, nothing crazy. The price was right, but sadly this is only one form for all your products, and I really need to have different forms for different products (some products I need sizing info, others I need design info...) Too bad :(

I found this tricky to set up but the customer service is amazing. The team got back to me and fixed my problem on a sunday...... The app is the best way to add the text boxes I needed my clothing store. Once set up it's so easy to add the feature to new products with no need to go into the app.

The customer service from this app is amazing!!!! First of all it's vert affordable and if you need this for your website, its worth it! Secondly, the moment i installed the app, i got a notification to email if i need help with coding. I did so and i received 110% help back! i recommend.

Very pleased with this app. Customer service excellent. I needed help to put the code in the correct place and Raj was more than happy to do this for me, he also made an alteration to the appearance so that it matched the style of my page. I personalise my work with embroidered names and words and this app works well for my needs.
