Liebman's Uniforms review for POSify: POS Customizations

POSify has been a great addition to our workflow. As a school uniform retailer, a large portion of our products are made-to-order and require customization, which created challenges for us at the POS level. We needed a way to capture custom details like student names while also managing items that aren’t immediately in stock. Joe was incredibly responsive and truly understood our use case. After discussing our needs, he quickly implemented a feature that allows the sale of out-of-stock items, which was a game changer for our operation. That flexibility made POSify a viable solution for our made-to-order process. Beyond that, the app has proven to be more versatile than we initially expected. We’re also using it to tag special requests, such as alternate brands, so our production team has clear direction on how to fulfill each order. It has streamlined communication between our sales floor and production team significantly. The app is simple to use, integrates cleanly with Shopify POS, and the support has been excellent.
