Daily Deals ‑ Promo Scheduler

Very poor service from the support team. The deals app does not work. I have been having numerous problems with this app over the past few months. Instead of a 12% discount, my store is discounted 36% and i cannot fix it until the support team looks at it. I dont recommend this app to anyone - its bad for business and reputation. 1 star is too good, they should have 0 stars.

I installed this app and then found it didn't meet my needs so I uninstalled it. It failed to uninstall itself correctly and kept showing a discount that I created with it as a test.

If I could give more than 5 stars for my rating for this app I would! Daily Deals is absolutely amazing! It is so easy to use and very straightforward. It is the perfect app if you are looking to put more than one collection on sale at the same time. I was looking for an app that could do this and am so glad I was recommended Daily Deals! I especially love that it shows the discounts I've assigned for each product on our landing pages, without customers having to see what the discounted amount is when they go to view their cart. I am so grateful for this app, and I am sure you will love it as well!

We have used this app for months & featured over 500 deals. Easy to use & works great - had a minor glitch when my connection dropped and tech support was on with me in a matter of minutes. GREAT customer support!!!

Nice App with some really good features and functionality. I use mine for random daily deals for slow moving inventory. It's great for scheduling sales well in advance as well.

When I first installed the app it we had a few hiccups but they answered our questions and helped get it running as we expected it to. They made an enhancement along the way that was suggested. They have since however become non-responsive to problems with the app. We have promotions that haven't ended, we have also had other double up on us. We now have several promotions that are days old and still show pending. Their help chat doesn't seem to be working now and we were unable to send the email via their message link. This app has become a liability and will be removed.

I just downloaded this app. So far it is very user friendly! I look forward to continuing to use it and to see the deals bring in sales.

The app is very easy to use and the customer support was very helpful with their response time. This helped us get our 12 days of Christmas daily deals up and running on time.

This app was great for managing my BFCM sales. I had a few technical issues (all my fault, not the app), which Conner was great at helping me resolve. Customer Support was very fast , which allowed me to run very rewarding campaigns this year. I would highly recommend this app to anyone wanting to run deals.I will continue to use it to run spot deals in my shop. Thanks!

The customer support we've received since installing the app has been top tier. We've used the app to run one promotion thus far and all went well. Thumbs up.

Not too sure how it works but leaving 5-star review seems like must-step to use this app. I may or may not need fix my review after use the apps. and looks like minimum 100 characters are required to leave review.

The app has great potentials. What's more important is the developer's attitude and responsiveness to requests. This app creates urgency for flash deal offers. But the app can be so much more. With some improvements, this could be one of the great discount app.

So far this app has been very useful to our company for our Black Friday and Cyber Monday sales. The support team is VERY helpful and very fast to respond. I would definitely recommend this app!
