I used this app to create a sales discount for my store. Initially I had few issues but after contacting customer service, they fixed it within an hour and I’ve never had issues again. Love it!

I would highly recommend this app to anyone wanting to boost sales and create a sense of urgency to buy. Easy to use and customise and looks great in our store. Does suffer with the occasional glitch, which gets resolved quickly once the team are alerted. The customer service team are super should you need them. Thanks from melaninworldplus.com

Very poor service from the support team. The deals app does not work. I have been having numerous problems with this app over the past few months. Instead of a 12% discount, my store is discounted 36% and i cannot fix it until the support team looks at it. I dont recommend this app to anyone - its bad for business and reputation. 1 star is too good, they should have 0 stars.

I installed this app and then found it didn't meet my needs so I uninstalled it. It failed to uninstall itself correctly and kept showing a discount that I created with it as a test.

I am using this app to create daily deals. I have been using another competitor's app last year but I decided to change to Daily Deals because it has better design in addition that the countdown can be added to the product’s page. I reached out to the support to have the code installed and they were very responsive. In addition, I asked for some minor changes, and they were always cooperating. I have two minor issues with this app though that it is why I gave it 4 instead of 5 stars: 1- I would prefer to have a different pricing per variant. 2- Once you have saved a deal, and then you want to edit it is not that simple, as the amount to be discounted is actually being discounted again if I want to edit the countdown timer for example. So in my experience, it is better to delete the deal and then add it again. Other than that the app is great and I totally recommend it.

When I first installed the app it we had a few hiccups but they answered our questions and helped get it running as we expected it to. They made an enhancement along the way that was suggested. They have since however become non-responsive to problems with the app. We have promotions that haven't ended, we have also had other double up on us. We now have several promotions that are days old and still show pending. Their help chat doesn't seem to be working now and we were unable to send the email via their message link. This app has become a liability and will be removed.

I am reluctantly using this because I haven't taken the time to try other apps. However, any app that does not answer support emails (especially after several attempts) will not get my business very long. Room for improvement in the app and things that could probably be fixed with a simple support response. Probably will never know...

This app was great for managing my BFCM sales. I had a few technical issues (all my fault, not the app), which Conner was great at helping me resolve. Customer Support was very fast , which allowed me to run very rewarding campaigns this year. I would highly recommend this app to anyone wanting to run deals.I will continue to use it to run spot deals in my shop. Thanks!

The app has great potentials. What's more important is the developer's attitude and responsiveness to requests. This app creates urgency for flash deal offers. But the app can be so much more. With some improvements, this could be one of the great discount app.

So far this app has been very useful to our company for our Black Friday and Cyber Monday sales. The support team is VERY helpful and very fast to respond. I would definitely recommend this app!

Well, I set up a sale but it never materialised on the day, so that wasn't a great start. Now I've just logged in to take a look around the app and I'm getting a message that my free allocation has run out - but I've only used the app once! Oh well...deleted.

This creates a new set of "deals" for you every day, automatically. The account had 10 "deals" run this month, which is past the limit of 3 deals on the free tier. (Don't worry!
