Customer service is actual humans and helpful so that's nice. It works for what our company needs it for.

While the app itself is simple to use, the support is fantastic - responsive and thoroughly helpful.

so far this tool has been very helpful. What is the big differentiator is that their customer service is excellent. any questions , any issues they are there to help. We've just started using it, but I have a feeling it's going to be very useful.

Shoutout to Guru on the support team! I was trying to pull a complex Shopify order metafield into a custom report and kept running into deep database syntax errors.
