We had a specific Shopify B2B requirement that several other export apps and providers told us couldn’t be done — exporting the Company ID linked to B2B accounts as part of our data exports. The Data Export team handled this quickly and properly. They were able to include the Shopify B2B Company ID as an export column, which has completely transformed how cleanly we can move data into Sage. It’s removed manual matching, reduced errors, and made our daily accounting exports far more reliable. Excellent technical understanding of Shopify B2B, fast responses, and a genuinely helpful approach. This has saved us a huge amount of time and frustration. Highly recommended if you need anything beyond basic exports or have more complex accounting or B2B workflows.
