FINALLY!! I found a reporting App that WORKS for me. DataExport, have provided excellent customer service to me. They reply very quickly, I love the fact they answer instantly when they are online. I've required 3 custom reports for my specific needs, within minutes they created the reports I needed, they are professional, and know their stuff! The cost is more than reasonable due to how challenging my needs are. I highly recommend DataExport, you will not be disappointed.

Really excellent, I can't believe how much time I'm saving and the help desk is brilliant to create to tweak bespoke reports. I wish I'd bought it years ago.

This app is better than hundreds out there. It summarizes everything very neatly for my monthly accounts. And the customer service is top notch! They even customize reports for me.

Their support is amazing. I have had too many fly by night operations that give you a knowledgebase and maybe a Chat AI to assist buy you can't talk to real people. I was immediately connected in the chat and Advisor stayed on with me until we had a complicated report pulling custom fields working exactly as I needed. They were patient and helpful, and thats really hard to find.

I've been using Data Export for a few months now (in a few stores) and the product itself is incredible, but what I'm more impressed with has been their customer support. Data Export can basically pull anything from Shopify such as custom fields, metafields, line item details, create logic to alter data and customize the output, but the support team is the one always coming to bail me out from some complex calculated fields. Special thanks to Manuwel who has been incredibly knowledgeable and fast at resolving my issues!!

At the beginning you might feel a bit frustrtated building reports but then if you go to the live chat support, your life will be much easier!! Very good support giving you exacytly what you need and also very fast!!

I have to tell ya. I had a difficult profit sheet that needed some fine tuning and Manuwel had me fixed up in a matter of minutes. They offer so many fields and can create anything for you upon request.
