Data Export IO: Report

Love working with the chat Guru! Helps build reports and adds changes quickly. Overall loving Data export!

Let me tell you something — I’ve used hundreds of call and chat support services, but your support system is really very informative, quick, and helpful. Most of the time, we see chat representatives just waste time and send FAQs, but your support is genuinely valuable.

Akash was great! I love this Add-on. Makes my work so easy. The team is always there to help - they create variables that make sense for your OWN business. Their pre-made reports are logical. I use this ALL the time. Highly recomemend!

If you are trying to get useful reports out of Shopify, Data Export is what you need. You choose which data fields to see, and in which order, and not be limited by the default Export. You can save multiple reports that show you different views with just a couple of clicks. But the most unexpected feature is the customer support. They will help you build the exact reports you want, live in the chat! This saved me countless hours (no, days!) of learning new software. Longer changes might be emailed to you when they are ready, but most are done in a few minutes. Today I worked with Ameena, and was amazed at the skill and speed on display. Everything I asked for was clarified, built, tested, refined, and confirmed. There was never any sense that I was asking for too much, or being too picky. I felt like I had a private developer! We didn't stop until I had everything I asked for. My custom reports are going to be a joy to use.

Always quick to respond, and work to create custom reports unique to our customers needs.

great tool. Complete, easy to use, reactive support. Perfect.

It's a huge thank you to the engineer who helped me designing the report as i wanted. It's a complicated process but engineer was super patient and understanding all my requirements instantly.

Excellent support, available for any question. Great app for the website.

I needed a custom report on a field that needed splitting and one of the support team responded within 5 minutes and also fixed the issue. Super Speedy Service. This saved me a major headache. Thanks

Have asked for a number of custom reports and the service has been amazing!

prompt response and very helpful.

Excellent for closing gap in shortcomings from Shopify's reporting metrics which are abysmal.

We use this app across all of our stores. The support is very good and always willing to help create and/or fix reports. We've moved some reports away from an alternative app now to solely use this app and so far we have had no issues.

Ameena was so amazing and helped me get a report that encompassed everything needed to analyze my business.

Great app! The support team was very helpful in creating the custom report format we needed.

Tony and Data Export are great, lots of pre made reports, but extremely helpful in creating custom reports that our unique to our business. Personal attention is really nice, in a world of automation!

Absolutely fantastic product and support. They always come through. I can't recommend them enough.

I use this app every month, and every quarter, and have for years. Best reporting app out there, and the CS is excellent. Got a question or need a report built by a tech? Just ask. Highly recommended!
