Great app, does exactly what it says. Reports scheduling setup in a few minutes, nothing to say ! And great support helping scheduling specific reports.

Great Tool for our Dashboards. With the automated reports for our Shopify Stores, we automated all the insights we need. Saves us a lot off time on a daily basis. Also : the Support team is always there, when you need anything !

We love this app. It enables us to report on almost anything, and I can even schedule the reports to send to my team or Google sheets. Their support is super-helpful and responsive!

We have been using this app for a few months already. I am very satisfied by the level of customer service provided. The team at Data Export IO has been amazing in making up custom columns to export the data so we can easily manage our order fulfillment each day. This app provides the most complete Shopify Payment Transaction reports. Absolutely recommend this app! It is truly a must-have for any Shopify store!

Excelente aplicación. He probado varias para exportar informacion y reportes, esta es la mejor inlcuso para programar reportes automaticos. El servicio al cliente tambien me pareció excelente. Vinith me ayudo muy eficientemente a mejorar mi primer reporte.

I've been using this app for a couple of months and its terrific! Their IT support, getting set up, and then tweaking what I need quickly has been MAJOR! They understood what I needed and was able to get me set up very quickly. I would HIGHLY recommend this app!

Al data you will ever need. very interesting and helpful. The support really knows in a few words what you mean. In my case Richard. There is so much data in Shopify and it's fun to discover this.

Editing my review, unfortuantely. It has been about 7 months, and for some reason the past few months have been a nightmare with this app. It just stoppped working, and the customer service is horrible--seems like just AI, as we get the same responses over and over again, and they are working opposite hours so we don't get a response until 24 hours later, and no actual answers. It has caused hour and hours of work for my team. We used it for exporting hourly reports to google drive. I will no longer be using this app. My shop has been in business since 1968 without a POS system. I took over in 2021, and after launching with Shopify this week, we still had not solved the problem of how to change our restocking process from analog to digital. We are unique in that we restock the sales floor every hour, because if we didn't the shelves would be empty due to how busy we are, especially in the 4th quarter. I was FULL of anxiety about how we would find a way to modernize without making the staff feel overwhelmed with all the change. I finally did some research into reporting for a VERY specific set of info; I didn't need financial reports or all the hundreds of reports you can find in a variety of apps, but something that I could compkletely customize. The reviews were good and it was compatible with Shopify so I started a chat with customer service. Within 15 minutes I had the customized report being generated and integrated with google sheets. Staff can now access or print the restock report and do what they need to do just like before. It is a HUGE weight off of my shoulders. I can't say it enough how relieved I am.

Data Export IO: Reports is a solid tool, but what really stands out is the support team. Fast responses, helpful, and solution-oriented – exactly what you want. Highly recommended!

This is one of the best apps we use for reporting. I love that you can connect to your Google Drive and get the reports as per schedule. We were able to automate most of our financial reports and it reduced the time of reconciling the payments for few hours. Also the support team is very responsive and helpful. We asked multiple times for custom reports and columns and they were always able to help. They will follow-up on email and make sure to address the issue if they unable to address right away during the chat.
