Data Export IO: Reports

I've been using Data Export for a few months now (in a few stores) and the product itself is incredible, but what I'm more impressed with has been their customer support. Data Export can basically pull anything from Shopify such as custom fields, metafields, line item details, create logic to alter data and customize the output, but the support team is the one always coming to bail me out from some complex calculated fields. Special thanks to Manuwel who has been incredibly knowledgeable and fast at resolving my issues!!

Only just started using the app but the helpful and immediate support to do custom reporting was brilliant and solved my request very quickly.

At the beginning you might feel a bit frustrtated building reports but then if you go to the live chat support, your life will be much easier!! Very good support giving you exacytly what you need and also very fast!!

I have to tell ya. I had a difficult profit sheet that needed some fine tuning and Manuwel had me fixed up in a matter of minutes. They offer so many fields and can create anything for you upon request.

For accounting needs, I have been using DataExport.io for some time, and it has been excellent for obtaining the data I need. We are undergoing a sales tax audit this year, and oh, did we need them. Dataexport provides any and all reports my business could need. Shopify does not come standard with the reporting options I require and Dataexport is able to fulfill any custom report I need. Costomer support is quick and helpful. Thank you.

This report makes it super easy to calculate fundraiser and merchandise commissions for our customers. It allows you to easily select the specific information you need and export to Excel to have information available when and where it's needed. Customer service is spot on. Have only had one issue in the year that we've been using the app, and it was resolved within 5 minutes.
