Customer service is excellent. Big thanks to Sree for your patience! I would appreciate more ability to customize reports without having to reach out to customer service each time.

This APP is definitely 5 stars. For me I use this for sales/stock analyzing and It can show/edit everything I need. Furthermore, its chat support replies and takes actions so quick!

Support is working on reports that are online without making a copy of them. This is a serious problem in the process, I have never seen this level of incompetence before, it simply should never happen. On top of this, support is making changes to the online reports used for logistics that have not been requested, making the report crash.

An incredibly intuitive app with amazing live chat customer service. I would highly recommend this for any Shopify store (and I have tried over 10 options for reporting in the last week!).

This app does just what we need. We find it very flexible and easy to use. I should also mention that we had to contact the developer with an issue, and they responded very quickly and fixed the problem for us. Update: a year and a half later, we're still using the app. It's a crucial part of our business, never fails us and the support is outstanding. Update: we really appreciate the support - another custom report provided really quickly. An app you can really rely on.

I started using this app because I was having trouble using other apps that were not displaying the "collection sales" and profit figures correctly. During the implementation, the support team was able to correctly identify the cause of the problem and remedy it. The screen is very easy to read and simple. I would definitely recommend it!!
