Data Export IO: Reports

Customer service is excellent. We were having an issue with pulling specific data in variant metafields and Vandana had the report created promptly. If you're comparing apps, don't. This is the one.

Utilizo Data Export diariamente para obtener todo tipo de informes. Questa applicazione al contrario di molte altre non ti vende dei pacchetti basati sul numero di prodotti esportati o altro ma semplicemente in base al tuo store, Quindi una quota fissa che è molto comoda. Con una semplice quota fissa abbiamo la possibilità di esportare qualsiasi cosa esiste nel nostro store shopify. Possiamo esportare non solo i prodotti ma anche ordini e tantissimi altri dati presenti. La cosa più importante è quella che con questo strumento è possibile avere delle colonne con all'interno regole e codici che ci permettono di avere un'infinità di combinazioni e funzionalità oltre ai soliti banali programmi che reperiscono solo i dati come titolo prezzo e altro. Un'altra cosa molto interessante è la possibilità di inserire un'infinità di filtri per rendere i Fed dei prodotti veramente molto dettagliati. Infine non per importanza della super assistenza clienti estremamente veloce e diretta tramite chat. praticamente scrivi qualsiasi domanda o richista e ti rispondono istantaneamente e ti risolvono qualsiasi problema e dubbio. Un'ottima applicazione che fa quello che dice!

It now takes only a few seconds to compile reports that used to take tens of minutes!! Preset reports are also powerful and help marketers. Also, the customer support was excellent and instantly suggested the reports we wanted.

Data Export is an excellent and super helpful app to fill the gaps in Shopify Analytics. The reports are great and if you need a custom report the support team will whip it up in minutes. Outstanding service.

The live Chat feature is very helpful. They assisted me in overcoming an issue of excluding certain barcodes.
