Data Export IO: Reports

I am fairly new to shopify and not a wiz at creating financial or inventory reports and have tried so many apps to help. This is one has been way beyond the others in ease of usage and it is very easy to customize. The tech support responds immediately anytime of day and can quickly write a formula to share to share with me to create any column or report that I need or can correct my reports to get them working fast. Definitely need this app if you are starting a new business for the first time!

I had a great experience troubleshooting my report issues with Data export (Vinith). I wasn't seeing the data that I was needing, and Vinith was really helpful in resolving the issue. It is a great product that I can use to automate my reports. I am very happy with it.

Excellent app. I use it for Locally. The customer service and technical support has been A+ from day one. I recommend this app. Darren was a tech that helped me set up my feed and he did a great job. Very friendly and knowledgeable.

Can't say enough good things about Data Export. A real life saver at extracting info for the daily running of our Catering business. Yash was very patient at getting custom reports setup for us. One of the best apps you can add to your site.

I cannot recommend this App strongly enough. It does exactly what I need it to do — and I expect what you need it to do. Very flexible, responsive, customizable. The feature to send reports on a schedule has helped keep a backstop against order problems. Having a view every day on sales, margins, everything — just a great was to make sense of what's going on in the shop! Great work. I'm back nearly a year later to say that every single time I have connected to ask a question or get help, my issue has been solved diligently and promptly. It's remarkable how quick and friendly their customer support is! I just had an issue with export formatting and Amal sorted it in just a few minutes and then showed me how he did it in case I need to make this small adjustment with one of my reports in the future. Amazing.

I tried a bunch of apps to get a data exporting function, and this one was the best one. Fast and simple to understand. The team is also very helpful, they can create custom reports for you live or edit the ones you made. Exporting to Google Sheets saves me a lot of time!

This is a highly useful reporting app. I particularly appreciate the "Product Tag" filtering feature, which is not available in the default Shopify reporting modules. It's also incredibly easy to customize reports by adding or removing filters and columns. The scheduler function is exceptionally helpful for alerting the team about sales status by email. The best part is that it allows you to display the grand total and place it at the top row, which is fantastic. Moreover, the support team is responsive and willing to assist with report customization if needed.

Finally! Fields you can't get to through the Shopify app are available for creating decent reports! And these guys are great about helping you build them if you run into trouble. Unbelievably responsive. One of the most useful apps you can have with a fantastic Customer Support team behind it. Well done! Update 8/1: Just got instant, expert help from Sree on another report that included a Custom Field this time. These guys are awesome and so is their product!

Extremely pleased. Support helped me as soon as I installed the app asking if they could create the report I needed. I gave them the basic information, and as they generated the report for me, I realized I needed more data, and after I requested things like SKU, date, sales channel, etc, they just updated it for me. It has saved me hours and hours of looking for this information. So glad I found this one!

The app works as intended, with a great amount of settings and filters. The UI is easy enough to understand, and if you don't the support agents are very quick and helpful to assist. Great app!

Very good experience using Data Export IO and Dan is extremely helpful in helping me generate a custom report with my specifications. The app has many templates as well that is foolproof even for a new user like myself.

I would highly recommend this app. It helped us download specific data from our shop that the standard Shopify reports would not provide. It has saved many, many human hours of work. The team were quick to respond to our needs and created a bespoke report promptly. Thank you to them for their work.
