Great app, highly customisable and 5 stars customer service!

This app is a gem and the support is very quick and helpful. So far, we have not encountered anything we could not acccomplish.

It does everything I've needed it to so far and customer service for custom reports has been quick and ready all 3 times I've needed them so far.

Great app! Coming from a SQL background, I would say this app is pretty robust for the price. You can aggregate data pretty easily once you figure out how it works. Customer service is great if you need them to do something for you over chat. Highly recommend! Would be nice to have some charting and other formatting, but you can always do that in excel after exporting. In terms of getting the right data from Shopify, its spot on.

The team is Superb! Ready to fix all the issues in a timely manner and create custom reports . Even able to add meta fields to report! continue the good work.

This is is EXACTLY what every store needs! It provides so much data and we are able to modify the automated reports (via email or FTP) and have them scheduled to send whenever we want. I dont think I will use any other reporting app out there! This solves all my reporting problems & the support team is VERY attentive/responsive to my requests!

Great app for retail stores. Have been able to create all necessary reports. As a store with a high proportion of Sale or Return stock this is critical. I now have over 100 reports set up and scheduled to run each month on my behalf which saves so much time and heartache. The technical support has been so helpful and efficient. So far can't fault this app or the team. Update: The customer service is 5 star with super quick response times and new custom reports created in minutes. So helpful and friendly too.

We've been using Data Export for over a year for basic scheduled reports, and it's perfectly functional for that. However, where it really excels is customization. I just started using it for some more complicated reports and integrations and I'm impressed by the app's ability to report on custom metafields. There was a slight issue with some out of date documentation, but the support chat was extremely helpful: Sree set up the metafield column I needed very quickly, offered to set up any others I needed, and answered all of my questions about the script being used so I should be able to set everything up on my own in the future. I'm also quite appreciative of the export options, both scheduled and manual. I'm setting up an integration that requires FTP transfers and thought I'd have to do manual report edits and need a 3rd party program, but Data Export has both advanced column formatting tools and FTP support built in, alongside google drive. While I typically need fairly advanced features, the app is also very easy and intuitive to use. You can set it up entirely with plain-english "select from list" if you want to, or you can get deep in the details with custom scripts. Overall, highly recommend, regardless of your technical requirements it's just very functional and I keep finding more things it can do.

Great App and Great Customer Service

Very powerful reporting software, which gives you so much possibilities. Takes a bit of a learning curve, but once it starts to click in with you, it's simply put great. There's also very fast, efficient and helpful customer service chat to help you if you find yourself to be stuck or need something custom made.

I've been using Data Export for few weeks only and already so happy with the reports! We use Data Export mainly for OSS reporting but I also created and automated some custom reports which will help our Purchaser and replaces multiple excel sheets (we have thousands of products). Also a big thanks to Rohit from Data Export customer support who helped me to built custom reports and created some custom columns in them!

This app helps get at data we need that isn't available is Shopify's standard reporting tool. When I needed help with the app the support person was extremely helpful, and got me on the right track quickly.

Got the custom reports we needed that we couldn't get straight from Shopify, and the customer service is quick to help with the reports if needed!
