Absolutely incredible service. The team are so helpful. I will be using this for a very long time! The reports they created me SO fast were perfect. UPDATE - Used them again a few months later. They're so quick and helpful, I love that you get connected to a real person who knows what they're doing. I had to create some tricky reports and they did so easily and quickly for me.

Sree from Data Export was very helpful when creating bespoke reports for our customers. Our customer had specific requirements with what they wanted to be shown within their reporting and Sree was able to run a specific report for us which mirrored this.

I am blown away by how affordable this app is and how simple, yet detailed it can be. The help desk folks are super quick to respond and solved all my questions within 10 minutes from initial inquiry. Data Export is saving me 10 hours of work each month. SO AMAZING.

Support are always on the ball. We need a few custom fields for very specific data and the team get it done each and every time. The app and the support are second to none. Highly recommended if you need professional granular reporting from Shopify.

Great app. So many reports out of the box, and support proactively contacted and offered to build an custom report they have seen me investigate. Easy to clean GDPR stuff out etc. Now that's customer service.

Great easy to use application. Increasing efficiency in obtaining information that would have required checking orders manually in shopify. Support team are super helpful and can assist with custom reports and / if something isn't working/looking like you expected. Definitely best customer service team dealt with over chat.
