We had a requirement to generate vendor specific reports. Data Export not only helped us generate an initial high level report but then went further in helping us create more specific sales reports reducing our workload immensely. In summary great app and fantastic support.

The support staff at Data Export helped create the fields that we needed to run our reports. I went back to the staff with multiple revisions, and they always responded with the change within one business day. Very appreciative of all the help that they gave us!

Great customer service! They give a 14 day trial so make use of it! This helps cover Shopify's lack of reporting for non premium users .

This app is great for reports that Shopify can't provide. The older version of Data Export took hours and even a few days for large reports but the updated version takes only a few minutes! If we ever have issues they are always there to answer questions.

This is a great and affordable tool to export which has helped us automate our shopify reporting process. The customer service is close to the best I have seen - I never wait longer than a couple of minutes before i hear back and I can tell they genuinely want to help. I definitely recommend

We use this app across multiple stores and the support team is always super helpful. They've created us some pretty complex reports that Shopify doesn't have the ability to create. Definitely a must-have for any store that requires in-depth reporting.
