The app is awesome but the Customer service is absolutely AMAZING. I had trouble with a custom report. They responded quickly, and fixed the report for me. Even waited while I placed a test order to validate the information needed!

We have been using this app for some time now to build and export complex reports for a few businesses. The app has helped us save time and the support team are excellent at helping troubleshoot issues when detected and provide advice with creating reports to get started. Would highly recommend!

We used this to help us with inventory report to review sales trends and forecast for the future. The live chat feature was such a huge help and Dominic was fantastic answering questions to get the report we needed built. We are very happy to have this option to get data from Shopify that isn't part of the Shopify reporting!!

Best data exports I have ever worked with in my 15 years of web design. Shopify's reports out of the box have been a little difficult to get right for our reporting. We downloaded Data Export Reports to help fix this issue. Support is always available to help and always go above and beyond to get it right. Would definitely recommend!

This app was used to create a Sales Tax Report. Before,I contacted Data Export, I attempted to collect the information and then realized how time consuming it would be. I requested assistance and Dominic understood the assignment. With modification, a Sale Tax Report was created. He was swift in completing the task and I am very pleased. The DataExport team were super quick & helpful when assisting us with designing a custom report to feed into our ERP system. The interface is really user friendly and intuitive but the support team does all of the heavy lifting when you're looking to add custom fields which was great. Thanks Shawn & the DataExport team!

Very versatile app to export different data from Shopify. Support is one of the very best among different apps I have used in my store. They are very responsive and answer instantly. Great to chat with humans and not a bot when help is needed!

We use this app to help export only the needed information, as well as some additional information that isn't available on the native order exports. The customer support team was very nice in the chat feature. They responded quickly and efficiently to my questions and helped me add some fields that weren't normally there.

This app has been a life saver for things like sales taxes and other data reports. it is so customizable! i have had 2 different people help me create the report I need just by telling them a few words and they make it so fast and correctly. they also taught me how to do it myself. so helpful, worth every penny and I am so glad I don't have to try to create this stuff on my own because I have thousands of orders. I'll be using this app all the time.

Just what I was looking for. Install is a breeze, and there are a ton of pre-created reports to choose from. But the BEST is if you can't find the report you need, the Data Export support folks will help you create it right from the support chat window!

James was a real OG and knew exactly what we were looking for. He helped us create a line item specific fulfilment report which Shopify lacks (major L!). Nice UI for sureeee.
