Data Export IO: Report

Been using this app for 4+ years now, by far the best export app out there and updating a google sheet + pairing with zapier <3 Just spent the last 3 days rebuilding an entires year's worth of bookkeeping using all of the different reports!

The interface is dynamic, very user friendly. Even better the support staff is phenomenal at building custom report columns. I recommend this app to anyone looking for advanced data metrics!

Just installed the app and so far the reporting is amazing. As per other comments this gives you access to data that you wouldn't even know is there. The export features are excellent also for auto export to google sheets. All round excellent app.

The reports are unreliable, they don't run when scheduled to which is a nightmare to work with and Shopify says it is an supported app sp I guess they haven't updated or done maintenance to new APIs

This is the most incredible reporting tool that I have experienced. Not only because of the data and the connection to Shopify, but most importantly the support! We are in our free trial right now, and obviously going to pay and hold on to this app forever... But, the chat and support staff responses are IMMEDIATE! They walk you through every step, provide you screen shots, and even help people that aren't Tech Savy make this feel easy. WELL DONE DATA EXPORT!

I've tried other report apps on Shopify (ones that cost way more). Data Export is by far the best. Their support is amazing and the data is exactly what we need, the way we need it. Scheduling the reports is super slick and easy as well. If you do a lot of business on your Shopify store, you'll eventually need better reporting than the stock Shopify reports. Come straight to this app when you do. You will not be disappointed!

Simple and effective! We are using the app to help calculate commission payments to brand ambassadors by exporting total sales attributed to customers with a particular customer tag in any given month. Customer service was fantastic and quickly added a custom field to automatically calculate the commission payments.

So I NEVER write reviews, but Data Export asked and they've truly been worth every penny. They could triple their pricing and it would still be a value add to our business. Their reports make Shopify built-in reports look pathetic. Everything is truly customizable; you have access to just about every single data field in Shopify (more than you thought existed). If something isn't working or a field you need is missing, their team jumps on it. We've reached out on multiple occasions for support with existing reports or to create custom reports. They ALWAYS deliver on what you ask.

The tool is easy to use and the support acts very quickly when any problem occurs. It's also great, that it's possible to create a customized reports on demand :)
