Works great, we needed something more in depth then the standard Shopify reports. Excellent customer service, helpful customizing with the report you need.

Cannot stress enough how great this app is. I'd been using other data export apps but they didn't allow email scheduling. That's a game changer when many actors are involved and don't want to log into apps / shopify but still have data. The service is easy to use, scheduling efficient and intuitive, and customer service has been amazing. We've had to tweak different reports to fit our bureaucratic needs and it's worked wonders!

Data Export makes data analysis and fetching data very easy. I haven't encountered a problem that was not easily fixed by the incredibly helpful customer support who are readily available. Highly recommend Data Export for all your data analysis needs.

Everything I've needed has either been there or was created for me within minutes by the helpful people in the chat! I even received an email asking if I needed any custom reports for tax purposes - which I did! Love this app!

Such a time saver. To be able to format the reports at 'source' so each export is formatted exactly as I need it, has saved so much time. The app is robust, intuitive and easy to use and the support (which was needed because of my inadequacy, nothing to do with the app) has been second to none. Highly recommended.

Excellent customer service. I had some issues filtering out items and some of the fields had different names, but both times the customer service was very quick to resolve my issues.

Very detailed reporting, great support and quick reply to requests. Even able to customise to pull delivery data for third party app installed. The auto email of reports has made everyone's life easier!

Support quickly identified a syncing issue I had. The fixed the immediate issue so I am able to get the data I need to do my accounting. They also are using this occurrence to improve their product so that it doesn't happen again. The chat techi was helpful and respectful

Update 3-2023: Wow - EPIC customer support. I cannot possibly recommend the service and more importantly the POWER this app brings to our Shopify stores. Data exports, scheduled product status reports, sales breakdown by customer by period... the list goes on and on. We have ~15 apps in our store, this one has the most features, the best service and just $12. INCREDIBLE!!! INCREDIBLE value for $12 a month!!! We use this app for creating live inventory status/QTY feeds to our reseller customers. We were looking for some customization, and in less than 30 minutes, Shawn had the feature totally dialed in. This app adds a TON of value in managing our business, I would strongly encourage any store owner to give it a try. We have just started exploring the vast capability of this app, super impressed!! Support has also been excellent in daytime hours (USA). Very, very impressed!!

Data Export takes a lot of the manual work out of building reports and can help you analyse areas of your business that are working and ones that need improvement. It can also automate them to be emailed to you at a scheduled time and date. Making it a must-have app for any eCommerce store.
