Data Export IO: Report

Excellent app and great support. Got a support tech in chat within a minute or so and they generated some sample reports for me.

Excellent customer service. Chan spent a good hour helping me build out the report with correct filters I needed in order to reconcile out shopify sales with our ERP sales. And when a filter wasn't available in their current build, he very kindly offered to work with his development team to get the filter we needed.

all i have to say is determination! the team stopped at nothing to get exactly what I needed! Shoutout to Chan!

Considering what this app does, it's actually very easy to use. Their support is amazing, always fast and thorough (Thank you Amal!) Highly recommend.

The customer support is the best on Shopify! I can literally chat with them and have the report created within 10 minutes which would have taken me hours. Thank you!!!

Incredibly flexible and versatile reporting tool. I have tried many and this is by far the best I have seen in terms of ease of use and flexibility. Their support team is 100% capable of meeting any reporting needs and they are super responsive. Wish I could give more than 5 stars for over and above excellence in features, functionality, ease of use and support.

Excellent App and excellent customer service!!! 5 Stars all the way! If you are in need of custom reports for your store I would recommend you give it a try you will be glad you did!

Alot to navigate but that shows it's power. Tech support is so fast and helpful. They helped me set up my first report exactly how I needed it!

Great app, incredibly useful in presenting all Shopify data in an efficient way. But most of all, customer service and help agents are amazing. They're available and always willing to help and find solutions. Thank you!

I just wanted to take a moment to express my sincere gratitude for Amal's excellent customer support. He has been incredibly helpful and patient with all my questions and concerns. His knowledge of the Data Export app is impressive, and he has always been able to provide quick and effective solutions to any issues I've encountered. I do not doubt that Amal's dedication to customer satisfaction has made the Data Export app a better experience for all users. Thank you, Amal, for all of your hard work and for going above and beyond in your customer support role.

Just start using the APP, still learning. It does allow us to create more detailed custom reports and we can even merge different data together. CS team is helpful! I hope traditional Chinese will be added in the future.

After the installation I was helped directly with the setup and everything worked great. Top product and super customer support. Thumbs up!

Works fantastic, and allows us to create more detailed custom reports. Customer service is absolutely top-notch, not only are they friendly and happy to help but have always been readily available on live chat.

Great experience with customer support agent Amal! Thank you for being such a great help with building reports and timely responses.

Just installed the app. Support was excellent. Rep worked with me to resolve the issue quickly. Highly recommend.

Perfectly does the job, AND the customer support answers quickly, with relevance. I definitely recommend this app

Works great, we needed something more in depth then the standard Shopify reports. Excellent customer service, helpful customizing with the report you need.

Cannot stress enough how great this app is. I'd been using other data export apps but they didn't allow email scheduling. That's a game changer when many actors are involved and don't want to log into apps / shopify but still have data. The service is easy to use, scheduling efficient and intuitive, and customer service has been amazing. We've had to tweak different reports to fit our bureaucratic needs and it's worked wonders!

Data Export makes data analysis and fetching data very easy. I haven't encountered a problem that was not easily fixed by the incredibly helpful customer support who are readily available. Highly recommend Data Export for all your data analysis needs.

Everything I've needed has either been there or was created for me within minutes by the helpful people in the chat! I even received an email asking if I needed any custom reports for tax purposes - which I did! Love this app!
