These guys are the best in the business. I have an export that has many variations. They have helped me online EVERY TIME and solved any issues within minutes. Kudos to them and their business model - one that focuses on service, service, service.

Applicazione incredibile, completa e molto potente. I report sono customizzabili totalmente ed è possibile settare qualsiasi tipo di export. In oltre 10 anni in questo mondo credo che sia la prima volta che un'app risponda a delle esigenze reali, ben oltre le promesse. Una menzione speciale per l'assistenza, Darren mi ha seguito passo passo aiutandomi a generare il report di cui necessitavo in soli 5 minuti. Complimenti per la serietà, la professionalità e la completezza! Thanks from Italy ;)

Data export has been an extremely help app, providing us with custom reports. Something that stands out with this app is their service. Whenever there is a custom filter I need to put on a report for instance their team responds and acts on it immediately. Big fan!

This is by far the best reporting APP for shopify. It has so many options for building custom reports that are just what you need, and they always have extremely responsive support staff who help you out with any issue. I highly recommend this product.

We are a 3PL and we needed to ftp some files on a weekly basis to a third-party vendor for 4 of our Shopify clients. We were unsure how to do this and opened a request with DataExport to help us out. They gladly set this up for us and are always offering to help us with any reports we need assistance with.

After 1 year of usage, I can confirm that they have improve in term of live support. But every few months there is some repeating problem with the exported data. Hope they can fully help me solve it. When it works it really helps with my work flow.

We really struggled with the lack of appropriate EOD POS reports that Shopify offered, also Shopify's inability to make and save custom reports. This app fixed ALL of those problems. So easy to use, such supportive staff, I truly can't say enough good things about it. Updating this review to just reiterate how helpful the staff is. They respond immediately and you feel certain they are working on the problem. This is so much better than the response I get with Shopify staff. Definitely get this app!

I absolutely love this app. The ease of use and flexibility are great, but what was greater was the customer support they gave when I needed help figuring out a custom report - the support was quick and exactly what I needed.

Great app but the most impressive part is how responsive the customer support is. I've asked for numerous complicated reports and they always respond very promptly and are happy to assist any of my needs. I've used other similar apps that take forever to get anyone's help, so it's very refreshing to have an app and customer support of this quality! Highly recommend!

This is a solid and very detailed app. After downgrading to the Shopify Basic Plan I was worried that I was not going to have the detailed info needed to grow my business. But, this app has helped me not to worry about that.
