Data Export IO: Reports

This app is amazing! Shopify's reports are SO limited and when you need specific details like "Billing County" - Shopify can't deliver but DATA EXPORT does!! This makes filing my taxes for Nexus SO easy and I highly recommend them! They've been so helpful and I'm extremely pleased with not only the app and the features but their customer service is amazing!! If you're bogged down by Shopify's analytics reports being so limited you will be SO pleased by Data Export Reports! Definitely give them a try and see for yourself. 1000% recommend!

This APP is so useful for emailing on reports automatically via email without having to go find the information on Shopify, especially when you are busy running an online store.

Super duper happy with the support as well - texted them 2-3 times in a day and got instant resolution within a few minutes itself. We used this to help us with inventory report to review sales trends and forecast for the future. The live chat feature was such a huge help and Dominic was fantastic answering questions to get the report we needed built. We are very happy to have this option to get data from Shopify that isn't part of the Shopify reporting!! Still using this app - June 2024. The reports are great and so much easier to work with than Shopify CS. Their chat feature is fab!

Best data exports I have ever worked with in my 15 years of web design. Shopify's reports out of the box have been a little difficult to get right for our reporting. We downloaded Data Export Reports to help fix this issue. Support is always available to help and always go above and beyond to get it right. Would definitely recommend!

This app was used to create a Sales Tax Report. Before,I contacted Data Export, I attempted to collect the information and then realized how time consuming it would be. I requested assistance and Dominic understood the assignment. With modification, a Sale Tax Report was created. He was swift in completing the task and I am very pleased. We use this app to help export only the needed information, as well as some additional information that isn't available on the native order exports.
