Data Export IO: Report

Really helpful app to get a lot of different insights in sales, etc. I for example had Sales by Custom Collections made, which shows me exactly which collections work best, which need an extra push, etc.

At first, I didn't know how to use the app. But thanks to their customer service team! Indeed super helpful and have solved all my inquiries. Will continue to use this app moving forward.

So far so good, team is helpful, live chat response times are very quick and can create custom reports to suit your need. Also exporting to excel looks good and the reports look clean and tidy. Far better than looking at shopify's reports and deciphering the data yourself. Would recommend

We have been using this app for several years. It's been so valuable and really necessary for us to keep tracking of everything from inventory, sales tax, vendors and locations, etc etc. The service is wonderful when you need help setting up a new report. It's a no brainer. We find it to be a necessity.

I've only been using this app for an hour and already like it better than my previous solution. First the cost cannot be beat. They have an premade reports for just about anything. However what impressed me most is their live support. He was able to configure a report for me in minutes. One that I had been trying to create in my previous solution all morning. This app is definitely a keeper.

I normally don't do reviews, but ... The more I get to play with this app The more I like it Yes, it was a bit of a learning curve And a little overwhelming at first Definitely a learning curve It's not a "dummy" app like too many try to be I had to re do every report I made at least 5 times ( part of the learning process ) Mostly because I kept playing and figuring out what I did wrong And what else the app can do Heck, just figured out last night that it can pull data back from the beginning of time ( since we started with shopify ) Shopify data only goes back 90 days - what the hell good is that? This has become one of the best apps we have The boss ( wife ) is very VERY detail oriented And likes data and history and numbers Yes it did take us a while to figure out what reports we want and how to build them ...bla bla bla.... But now... This app now saves her 20 - 30 hours a month in report And we can set it to automatically email them when we want Month end reports - DONE!! The more I use it, the more I WANT to use it and get the data I need. Now I am using it for sales history per item - PER VARIANT - to help me ordering product.

I was up and running in minutes with some fairly nuanced reporting (daily product line sales summary, custom column headers, etc) thanks to a few friendly pointers from James in support. I'm quite impressed so far!

Very customizable reports. I asked for help making custom fields in a report. Support was very helpful and responsive and kept working with me until I was satisfied.
