Data Export IO: Report

One of the best applications out there. You name it, any field, any element, and their out-of-the-box system can handle it. If not, their chat-based customer support can build you reports on the fly. Saved me hours and hours of time.

Shopify itself is very limited in detailed reports. This app is great because it can run almost any report you need and the support team is very quick to respond to questions. Highly recommend!

This app has been a lifesaver. As you may have already discovered, the built-in report with shopify are seriously lacking. I love the flexibility of the reports and the easy to use interface. But the real kicker, is their next-level customer support. If you need custom fields, they'll make them for you. This is seriously one of the best tools and teams that I've worked with in years...

My reveiw from 2024: The customer service is still AMAZING!! They are so extremely helpful. Definitely worth having this app. They save me so much time from doing formulas in spreadsheets for analysis. I would give them 20 Stars if I could. This is a MUST HAVE. My review from 2021: Great reports and when you need customization they do it for you within a day. Customer service is amazing! Highly recommend.

This app solved all my reporting challenges. After coding custom tag fields on the registration page and linking it to my internal customer numbers, I was finally able to run a report that was needed. Forget upgrading to advance shopify plans, get this app!

Amazing app - We are on the advanced Shopify plan and a similar app wanted $150 while we are paying only $30 with this app and it does the same thing. Support is very helpful and creates detailed custom reports for you. Definitely worth it!

Update 8/30/24 Data Export just helped me create a specialized report for a special segment of customers that ship to themselves. They were very helpful and I love that I can just instantly have expert tech support on complicated segments. ====== I use this app to pull custom reports from our Shopify store. I was looking for a way to automate sending a custom sales report for my store to an FTP. I tried used Zapier to automate it but they don't offer the option to deliver a CSV file to an FTP. Then I came across Data Export Reports. With a little help from Dominic and Sam I have been able to setup a complex, custom report generated daily and containing calculations and formulas. Excellent customer service and excellent app! I will be using this for other stores very soon.

I switched from another reporting app because it wasn't working properly and Sam from Data Export Reports got me up and running with what I needed. The way the data reads is also much better than the other app and much simpler to add the criteria I need. If you're looking to save time with easy to read reports, this one is the one to try.
