Very disappointed with the carelessness of support- staff said they would update the app because it was so slow but they deleted it and all our reports without any consultation. Having explained how important it was to our business the staff promised to restore things, and kept promising...until they went home for the weekend. During this time they promised a 24-hr solution but this never happened. We made is very clear how important the app was to our business but they didn't care less. In the end we used Easy Reports which is much quicker and intuitive and slightly less expensive.

This app is great to run all reports you may need! It is something we were lacking within our company and now we have daily reports sent. You create it once and forget about it! Very helpful to keep track of your business. Their chat system is also great when you have a quick question. Just had them edit a report we had to gather the information we were missing.
