This app is fairly easy to use and does the basics of what you need, but the best part is the support team. We've had a lot of questions with how to do things and they have always responded quickly and helped us significantly. We would advise trying it just for that reason!

Most reasonable cost app on the marketplace, very flexible reporting software. Great functionality. Easy to sync with Google sheets, our companies most preferred export because of the easy sharing to the public or internal use.

This tool greatly expands the built-in capability of Shopify. It allows us to analyze our sales data on a deeper level and allows us to automatically push and pull data into our main CRM. Very simple to use and excellent, immediately live online help.

I was using some other data export apps but I wasn't satisfied. Now I can export with every customized report with this excellent app even without using Advanced Shopify plan. I was also amazed the first-class support! Guys on the chat are very rapid and perfectly helpful!

Working with Dominic was an absolute pleasure! From my first question, to my last, he was patient, kind, informative and responsive! He helped me add metafields to my reports and now we can automate report generation, which would be something we'd have to do manually each week and month. Kudos to the team for a fantastic app and stellar customer service; and, a fantastic price—for stores starting out and that don't have a lot of budget.

If you need reports, this is the app! Powerful, perfect 5 stars reports for anything you need. Dominic even helped us creating a special report we were looking for, and I can create super easy dynamic tables as you can export it directly to excel. Great Job guys!

Update - app changes are great. App not user friendly for more complex reports, but chatbox help is quick and good.

I usually don't leave reviews, but I feel this app is definitely worth the money. Customer service is very helpful and is always available regardless of the time of day. They always find a solution and follow up with my questions. Definitely recommend. I have used several reporting apps and this one is hands down the best from the pack.
