I am very thankful I found this app! It is so easy to use and provides accurate, customized reports that are not available on shopify. I couldn't run my business without this app!! The customer service is awesome - very fast and very helpful. Five stars all around!

Amazing support team! They help us connect via AWS Server (FTP) and create complicated reports. I strongly suggest to give thiis app a try. The reports are complete and really easy to create, with a lot of options.

Extremely useful tool for gathering and analizing all sorts of sales (and not only) data. Select the time period, data fields you need, chose how to sort, arrange the rows in the comfortable way and export (Excel, CSV). Perfect! One of the most usefull APPs you can find for your Shopify..

We have been using this app for four years, and it has helped us immensely due to the amazing range of data it is able to combine. The staff are also extremely helpful and knowledgeable. The one caveat is that the default templates and dropdowns don't cover all the new features/issues introduced with Shopify's new Market/Catalog system (eg. differentiate between pricing types, specify different tax/duties etc), but the staff have been helpful with creating case-by-case fixes for the past few months, and I am hopeful they will introduce more default options soon.

App is easy to use to create your own custom reports and export data that can't be accessed through Shopify's built-in reporting. The few times I've needed some assistance with creating a specific type of report, their tech support was available via live chat and provided quick help.
