Great app for pulling reports out of Shopify. There are a huge number of options available, so Data Export's customer service are fantastic at helping me create the reports I need.

This Data Export app was the PERFECT solution to my problem! I needed a report that could separate reporting by payment gateway (i.e. separate Shopify payments from Paypal). Not only did the app solve this issue, but they also quickly created the custom template for me, even making additional changes to my custom report as requested. They responded quickly and professionally. This app now saves me 10+ hours per month and I'm super happy with it!

I used this app to help me download custom fields of data that I wanted to get from excel. It's a solid product. Works flawlessly and support is amazing. I'm beyond pleased with the product.

This is the best report app in Shopify app store due to 3 factors: 1. Quick and excellent customer services support by Jackson 2. Multi templates that you can run reports according to business demand 3. Good report infra, which we can generate report by ad-hoc or schedule function Stronly recommended

For some reason Shopify doesn't give you access to some important basic bookkeeping reports unless you are on the higher paid plans. But Data Export came to the rescue. My bookkeeper was wanting to understand which orders were going to each payout and this app was able to pull this info. Additionally, I was needing a couple fields they didn't have listed, but when I contacted customer support, they quickly implemented the fields I needed into my reports overnight. Great product and great customer service. It's not very often that I'm totally pleased with an app.

The app does almost everything! When we have needed specific reporting they have been very accommodating and helpful. There support is also great, prompt and reliable!

Love the highly responsive customer support that caters to their customer's needs. This app has an insane amount of data that you can export out. Definitely recommend this for people looking for a comprehensive report with your shop's data.

We are also using this app on our 2nd website (Medium Plan only). Below my original review for our main website (Large Plan) ---------------------------------------- Best value for money. Other reports apps are so expensive especially when you have multiple websites. Let's be clear, shopify basic stats feature is already amazing buy if you need to export data for your accountant with, ie, payment gateways or exc. VAT amount, you won't have the choice to go with this kind of app. The interface is quiet easy to understand and creating your own report pretty simple with a clear UI to pick the stats you want (you have categories to help you find what you need). Drag and Drop to organise the column of you excel file is cool too, and you can even rename them in the interface. I like the easy to understand feature to schedule and the fact you can send in CSV or EXCEL format + by email, FTP etc. If you pay a little extra to access to the premium version you can even customise /add logic/calculation like in excel but directly in the interface which will avoid you to have to work on your excel file once generated (= fully automatic) The support is also very good and trust me, just tell them what you desire and they will build your first reports. Then, by looking how they did, you can easily build your own reports. This app will follow your needs with endless features. Today we have just customised two reports but we know that if our needs evolve, we already have the tool without paying any extra. Trust me, one of the best reporting app if you feel stuck with shopify reports.

First, the customer support for this app is just phenomenal. I needed a complex report with a pivot table and I sent a message using their live chat feature (built right into the app, easy) and within about 5 minutes, David had built the report for me and it was perfect. It was just such a seamless and frustration-free process! Secondly, the app is very powerful, even with the more basic plans. For the price, capabilities, and support staff, this is app is an absolute no-brainer for anyone needing reporting features that aren't built into Shopify. Great job!

100% one of the most used and helpful apps for our store. We are able to filter and sort through different information via spreadsheets that helps us stay organized and on top of orders. Customer service is above and beyond; always willing to help and fix and issues you may have!

We are using this app to automate several reports to the company CEO and upper-level management along with departments' heads. The App is amazing as it allows full customization of reports to everyone's liking. Custom columns can be added and an automatic pivot can be applied to data! Great job!
