Before downloading this app I emailed customer support to ask a specific question, in less than 24 hours I had a reply. After downloading the app, Daniel helped with set up and getting on the right track to pull the reports we needed. All of this took less than 24 hours to install, set up, and get support. Very impressed with the attention we have received and this app is going to save HOURS and HOURS of manual data entry. Highly recommend! Recently upgraded to their new version and all the staff have been super helpful and very quick to respond to all of our questions. They also migrated over all of our existing reports. Excellent service and app! Would highly recommend this app for all report needs.

I have 7 days left on my free trial and super impressed. Made a few reports myself, and the team have reached out to me and asked if I need any help (as they saw the word 'test' on my report. Really helpful team. Refreshing to have a company reach out to try and help without you having to jump through hoops to reach someone. I also emailed them for some advice and 1st thing the next morning theyd not only answered my question, but produced the report for me!

10 Stars! This is the best app we have used so far regarding a csv export. We use it on many on our shops for affiliate marketing. (Adcell / Awin / Webgains) The support couldnt be any better. We implemented Data Export as an addendum to Shopify's OOTB analytics capabilities in our reporting suite. Data Export staff, specifically Malik, spent weeks helping us stand up our canned reports. Huge help. Beyond the onboarding, Data Export enables us to access customer and product metafields and additional order line item information that we'd otherwise not have easy visibility into. Would recommend.

Great app, provides the ability to get that extra data out of Shopify that is not available in Shopify out of the box - especially the payment related information. I found it a little bit tricky to set up the reports exactly the way I wanted to, but the Support team is quick and responsive and set it up in no time. The created reports are being emailed automatically at a set time every day and it's working great for our Finance team (and they no longer need access to all Payment information in the Shopify Owner section). Would recommend this app!
