Fantastic app and brilliant customer service too. Jackson and the team went above and beyond to help us with our custom report. We are a cake shop and wanted a weekly report which could tell us what products we have being collected from our physical premises. We now have this report and it's going to be very helpful for us and help us plan our week better. I would recommend this app to everyone as the standard Shopify exports are quite limited.

Not only is the functionality extremely extensive and totally suited to our various needs, whenever we have a special requirement Data Export Support is always there to help. Their response is very fast and their resolutions to our challenges are in-depth and creative. I cannot recommend them more highly. Updated 5th March: Complex report required was designed and implement by Jim within minutes of asking. Another valuable addition to the outputs that can be achieved by Data Export, with their usual expert help. Cannot recommend highly enough

We like to track revenue by "collection" in order to get a better sense of profitability, and we input this data (and fee data) into our accounting system. We use Data Export to give us a daily breakdown of revenue by "collection" with fees. When the deposit comes through from Shopify, everything is appropriately categorized and can reconciled.

Desperately needed a report for sales by location which I thought would be achievable from within Shopify reports but alas it wasn't! So checked out a few Apps that do extra reporting and chose Data Export. Sent a message for some support and hey presto got my location report set up. Cheers

The app is easy to use and for the past 2-3 years have used it for several different purposes. Great design and features. Recently--on two separate occasions--I've had a question or two so I chatted online. The two different "chatters" were very efficient, personable, and most important, skilled. This app has really made a huge change to my daily productivity. Before using this app I was having to manually create a spreadsheet which took me close to 40 minutes every day. Now with this application all I need to do is press “Run” and in less than a few seconds I am done. I also have to give a huge shout out to my support agent. When I originally approached them for support I never imagined that they would’ve put the time they did into helping me set everything up. Honestly if you need a application that helps spits out the right spreadsheets I don’t think there’s any other that I would recommend. Thank you Data Export team!

That is just excellent. I have been wasting time trying to get a very simple report with another app. Installed this app and within a few minutes Domenic had set it up for me. Exactly what I needed It is wonderful to be able to talk to a human and get it resolved so quickly and so well. Definitely worth every cent.

STRONG B2B TOOL! Shopify native is a very strong B2C system but when you are a B2B company like I am, it’s very hard to find the right tools (let’s call that patches) for all the missing features in the native Shopify system. Over time, I found 2 very important APPS to help me. DATE EXPORT REPORTS by Estore Automate is the very latest one I discovered and MAMAMIA!!! I reached heaven! Running automated sales/inventory/etc. reports with ONLY the right information you need, and with columns in the right order is so much important, I’m saving so much time now. An Excel file is powerful but when the APP does put $ inside the cells… it’s not going to work. DATE EXPORT REPORTS by Estore Automate does understand this kind of details, the file is a weapon, ready for any kind of calculation. The big plan $20/month will give you the option to add custom fields!!! OMG! I now have monthly generated (and automatically sent by email to each of them) specific sales reports to calculate my sales agent’s commissions, specific for each of the territories! A task that was taking me 30 min per report in the past. I am based in Quebec Province, Canada. The support team no matter based in India gives me answers anytime I’m asking them a quick question. Amazing service. DATE EXPORT REPORTS by Estore Automate is definitely a super powerful tool and a MUST to have.
