Great, versatile app for back end reporting. I'm writing this for the customer service aspect of the app in particular. Any time I have had a hard time formulating a report or had any questions they are always on the ball and resolve it immediately. Would highly recommend!

This app is absolutely fantastic, particularly if you're using Authorize.net in conjunction with Shopify Plus. We searched everywhere for a way to get a reconciliation report that combined our Shopify Order Data with our Authorize.net account Transaction ID's - nobody in the Shopify Community boards has figured out how to do that, but this app made it easy, and easy to automate the reporting. Their developers went so far as to write some custom functions for us that made the whole thing possible, and we are super-grateful that they did. Five stars, just superbly well-realized.

Very good app ! It works perfectly for any type of data. We use the daily export function on Google Sheet (orders, stock, products) which is really helpful to then build analysis and automation. Customer service is very responsive and proactive.

Sent a request for a report to Data Export Reports - instant response was received. We needed data fields from Shopify Bulk Editor which we hadn't been able to export. Delivered within a few hours, ready for download - all the data fields we needed. Great job!

This Data Export app was the PERFECT solution to my problem! I needed a report that could separate reporting by payment gateway (i.e. separate Shopify payments from Paypal). Not only did the app solve this issue, but they also quickly created the custom template for me, even making additional changes to my custom report as requested. They responded quickly and professionally. This app now saves me 10+ hours per month and I'm super happy with it!

This is the best report app in Shopify app store due to 3 factors: 1. Quick and excellent customer services support by Jackson 2. Multi templates that you can run reports according to business demand 3. Good report infra, which we can generate report by ad-hoc or schedule function Stronly recommended

For some reason Shopify doesn't give you access to some important basic bookkeeping reports unless you are on the higher paid plans. But Data Export came to the rescue. My bookkeeper was wanting to understand which orders were going to each payout and this app was able to pull this info. Additionally, I was needing a couple fields they didn't have listed, but when I contacted customer support, they quickly implemented the fields I needed into my reports overnight. Great product and great customer service. It's not very often that I'm totally pleased with an app.
