I continue to be in awe of the support I have received. No app is perfect and when I have a problem, they are right there to respond and help. The app does what it advertises - I get straight forward reports at a great price which help my business run. But it's the support that stands out. Rueben and Jaba rock as do the others that answer the chat questions, real time. Highly recommend this app and these people!

Great App and an Awesome Support Team. Support Team helped with the custom changes required in the report to fulfill our business requirement. As the BI Tool, we are using was not able to connect with Shopify directly. The schedulable reports acted as a boon to us and we are able to get this data via reports in our BI Tool. No extra cost was involved.

This app gives full access to data collected by Shopify and empowers you to send it via email and FTP. It works well and where I have had issues the support team was quick to jump in and resolve them with customization.

This is an AWESOME report option for the small business owner. I am not ready to advance to a higher monthly plan with shopify yet so I chose the $5 per month report option on the "Data Exporter" app and it is perfect. I asked for help to get started through their live chat, Sam qickly helped me create a scheduled report that will be perfect for me and the needs I have for now. This is a small fee to get a lot of report options. Highly suggested!

My only regret is not finding this app sooner. I've talked with David a couple of times and his ability to customize the report to fit EXACTLY what I need, is an experience that's unimaginable. 10/10 would recommend everyone to at least try their trial run. They helped me customize a report that showed even the smallest fees that we were missing that's not available in any Shopify report.

This app is invaluable to our operation. I use it for multiple requirements, most importantly for our Google Shopping feed file. The support is excellent. We have multiple technical software challenges and with the pandemic most companies now only support chat or email support with pretty long time to get a resolution. Yesterday I had a question for Data Export and they were able to resolve my issue in about 5 minutes! Awesome.

Shopify is so limited with the reports they can generate, DATA EXPORT REPORTS can be so in-depth and customized to get exactly the information you need. The SUPPORT team is OUTSTANDING, always helpful and going above and beyond with tweaking reports to continually help as needs grow. Definitely a worthwhile and insightful app and very easy to use!

Intuitive user interface and feature rich application. Generally the best app of its kind. Great customer support which allows for various customisations to be made to each report by the support team. Would be improved by the addition of UI controls to allow a user to include meta field values on a report by meta field key as opposed to meta field index. Generally very happy with this app.

Powerful exporting tool. Fairly priced. Interface is fairly advanced, but they have an extremely helpful and responsive technical support staff to guide you through. Highly recommend for any business that needs more control and access to their Shopify customer, product, and order data for analytics and external reporting.

Excellent app for extracting data from Shopify beyond what you can normally get. Superb support by email and chat (thanks to Daniel) in working out how to understand the data plus support in building the reports I needed (orders, refunds and VAT)
