Good app with excellent support. If you can't get the data you want out they'll work it out and sort it for you. James was helpful on the most recent query we had as have his colleagues prior to that.

I am a first-time user. I contacted support, and they helped me by adding columns that weren't available among the options when creating a custom report. Very helpful and fast. Data Export will make life easier.

This app solved a problem I was having with downloads for VAT returns, but due to it flexibility, I believe we will be using this for more things in the future. The support wasn't available on the weekend, but they were very quick and responsive on Monday and we got everything resolved. Great app, and great support!!

I have been using this app for years. It saves me a lot of time! Instead of manually sorting data, this app does it in a matter of seconds. It is very helpful to help me see how much inventory and what items we sell in a specific time frame, so I can plan my Purchase orders, also it helps me quickly visualize where sales come from. There are 100s of possibilities. Highly recommend. I keep it because of its reasonable pricing as well, AND their customer service is very responsive and they can create custom tables in seconds for you!

We’ve been using this app for a while and it has exceeded expectations. There are tons of preset reports to choose from and the custom report functionality is incredibly flexible, perfect for tracking exactly what we need. The pricing is very reasonable for the features offered and the customer support team is fantastic. They reply quickly and are always patient and helpful when we have questions. Highly recommended if you’re looking for a comprehensive reporting solution on Shopify.
