These guys have an amazing app which you can customise to your hears content. The support is A1, easy to deal with and nothing seems to be too hard

Very powerful app for Data reporting! Allows you to edit, create custom columns and basically automate all of your Excel manual steps! Highly Recommended!

Overall the system is very easy to use, but I had some minor adjustments that I could not figure out. After nearly pulling my hair out, I saw a little icon on the bottom right that read "Support" and so I clicked and 'Voila', David popped up, asked me a few questions and helped me solve my issue. I highly recommend them, especially for the wonderful customer service.

I needed an app to export a report each week and the support at Data Export was terrific. Setting up the template was complicated and John and Jaba were more than happy to do it for me. I would highly recommend this app!

I was having some issues formatting a report properly, and so after a few days of trial and error I reached out to tech support. I communicated quite a bit with Reuben, and he was incredibly knowledgable and patient with the issues I was having. We communicated back and forth until the issue was resolved. I couldn't say anything better about this app and the people behind it!

Very very helpful app. We need to report out music sales to the German Top 100 charts which requites a very specific report that I can now easily generate with Data Export. Very kind and helpful support, too!

We have an export with some very complex requirements. Tried several other apps on the Shopify app store. Would get about 85-90% with them and not get what was needed. Data Export has gotten us what we needed, primarily because their support has been top notch. Friendly, smart, and they follow through. If you can't quite accomplish what you need on your own, they have an excellent staff. I'll be using the app as a third-party consultant who has many other Shopify users. Highly recommend.

A great tool to expand on the basic report from Shopify. More complicated reports can be difficult to design as you are learning the app but the support team are great and will take your request and generally build the report within hours, also explaining how so you can do more yourself in the future

A really helpful tool to develop insights and analytics. The auto report builder function is amazing. I recently used it to customise a report. The support was fantastic by the developers. Well worth it!

Fantastic service. Great app. I'd highly recommend this for anyone who needs to do more with their data than Shopify's (very limited) native functionality.

I must say, the app can be a bit confusing if you're trying to do anything complex but where this app truly shines is its Customer Support. I chatted with David for probably an hour explaining my reporting needs, about my business and how we want to use the reports and he was amazing. He quickly responded to all my inquires and was already able to make report examples that I could modify with his assistance. Truly spectacular service and I can't wait to do all my reporting with this app. Thank you all!
