I just try the app today and must say it's an easy, simple et nice one. I own a small business and don't need a lot of info, so a one template plan would be all right. I also find the online help so nice and available, proposing to create my first template for me. Never seen a customer service like that one

Great app, makes setting up and scheduling all our reports a breeze. The team is also super helpful with assisting me in setting any ruby code I need for date ranges etc as well. Would definitely recommend this if you need a data report app.

Great app. Love that you can get note attributes which you cannot get otherwise. it is also really nice to have constant support. They create formulas for you. Really, they do whatever is necessary included for free and that's great!

Data Export is an excellent option for creating custom reports beyond the "out of the box" offerings from Shopify. In additional to giving you the user flexibility in creating reports, the service from the developer is top-notch. I had a very complex report need from my accountant, and I went back and forth with Data Export's team multiple times. They took on the burden of creating the report and putting it in my account for me. They were very responsive to tweaks that were more complicated than I ever could have done on my own. I highly recommend this app!

Nov 11 2022... Running with the new version and again lovin' the app, the service and the productivity gains. I'm doing some order mods using Shopify Flow to add some tags and then extracting using "DataExport" to email my customers with performance reports....Too Easy. Sometime in 2021...I've been running this app on 2 stores for the past 15 months and these guys have been there along they way with advice, code and assistance when required. This has removed the need for mass export, macro changes to files and file transfers to servers...its fantastic. If you're thinking it might help you...it will. Reach out to these guys and you'll find one of the greatest support teams I've dealt with in a long time.

This app has been great and saved me a lot of time. Sometimes we require information not found on Shopify and these guys will do their best to find a solution. It has saved me lots of time, would recommend!

Really detailed reports that can pull data across sources easily. Saves time having regular reports scheduled and delivered so we don't waste time pulling information. I needed a new data point from a third party app that wasn't available, and the support team figured it out, added it to the app and with little effort and time! I am seriously impressed by their quick and efficient service, and their willingness to find a fix, and not just say no. Thanks to Mallik and John!

The support for this app is quite literally second to none. I always get an incredibly helpful reply on the same day. The app provides highly customisable reports that are not possible on the normal Shopify plan. Highly recommended

Great customer service!!! This is a good App to automatically download order transactions to my ftp site, but what I am most impressed is their customer service. They will go out of their ways to help you create custom reports and follow up until everything is good. Great job!

Fantastic experience...we use this app for both of our sites and every time I run into an issue creating a custom report they are quick to respond and help. It is amazing to find such a responsive team to work with. Above all the app allows us to get to the data we need to run our business more efficiently...cannot recommend Data Export enough!

I'm no long time user, but I can surely say that the app is really helpful and user friendly. The real plus is the help center, always ready to solve problems in the best way possible!
