Amazing customer service! Answers questions very quickly and thoroughly. Had a couple of issues on day 1 but it was solved within a couple of hours. Very impressed with the speed and ease of their live chat, emails and customer service. And I got the exact report I was looking for!

This is an incredibly sophisticated Data Export App just miles ahead of anything else I tested. We have used it to build a complex Commission Calculator using a number of rigidly defined rules all driven by Sales from the Shopify POS. It's quite daunting to use oneself (due to the fact it can do so much) but support has been incredible. I defined what we required and the Team have created the data report for us, programming various conditions to make the calculations work depending on Order Tags, Staff ID, Payment Status etc.. I didn't expect the level of service I've received or grasp how smart the App really is. I'd say there is almost nothing that cannot be exported from your Shopify Store using this App. Not only that, the App can be used to make conditional calculations on your data too. It's insanely good value for money when I consider what other developers would charge for this work. If you need some serious business data that goes way beyond what you can do with inbuilt Shopify reports or other Apps definitely give this a go. I feel like I'm giving away a best kept secret.. this really is amazing!!

Data Export is an excellent App for generating the reports I need for my business in Canada and the US. It should be made standard for all users. The information it can extract is critical for accounting and forecasting purposes.

Really great product and provides a lot of flexibility in pulling specific data that you need to make actionable business decisions. Their customer service is best in class too, they respond immediately and solved all my issues within 15 minutes, HIGHLY recommended!

I've only been using this for a few weeks, but so far the experience has been great with the $20 version. While the custom reports are a bit difficult to figure out yourself, the support is top-notch, and you can simply tell them what you want in your report, and 24 hours later, a report with those exact specs are in your inbox. All the data I was worried that I wouldn't be able to extract from Shopify, Data Export has been able to obtain without a problem. Great job guys!

UPDATE: We've now been using Data Export for almost a year and it's the most powerful data tool we have, much better than the Shopify reports. Eby works very hard with you to pull out the specific data you need. 5 stars (as we can't give them 6). FIRST: Very powerful data reports and 24/7 chat support is top notch. Having this additional granularity on sales, customers etc has really helped us improve the bottom line. Well worth the monthly fee and definitely recommended.

The brain behind that app is a genius. Do not underestimate this app. It is amazingly powerful. I was able to generate the simplest report to the most convoluted reports. I almost uninstalled it. But I chatted with them and explained my need. 24 hours later they had built my report and showed me how I can customized it. 1- It gives you access to analyze data in your store impossible to gather otherwise. 2- You can save the reports and runs them anytime you need. 3- The level of customization is phenomenal. 4- Their support is available 24/7 by instant chat 5- A must to any web-store. Brilliant work

This is one of the most useful and powerful apps on the platform. It has enabled us to produce deep dives into all Shopify data, including meta fields for reporting and action items. Also, the service is rocket fast, and super helpful.

Absolutely brilliant app, and even better support. I tried 2 different shopify apps to get the reports I needed, the first was far too complex for me to work out, this one was much more simple and intuitive, and I had one question which I chatted to them and not only was it answered immediately, but also they went above and beyond to customize something on the app to fit our requirements perfectly at no extra cost. Very, very happy with this app and the support Thank you!!

I literally have nothing bad to say about this app! DataExport makes gathering and examining data so effortless. The support team is extremely responsive and easy to communicate with. They know what they are doing and are able to create tailored reports for exactly what you are looking for. So worth it.

Any shopify owner reading this - please take note! I have traded online for 21 years - shopify was my single most exciting find. Since then I have used many many apps, some better than others. If you need reports and are frustrated by the basic reporting features of Shopify THIS is the system you need. A unique combination of "app" supported by real people who will indentify what you need to do - create it for you - so you can then press the button when you need it or schedule it to appear automatically on a given date. I could not ask for more and I know if I DID need more - I can email them and expect a very prompt reply on how to get the "more" I need. I don't think I have seen any criticism but if you do see any - ignore it.

Great app with great support. I was looking for something to automate reporting. This app provides access to all the data fields, very simple interface, and very robust function capability. The staff support is excellent. Every time I hit the wall, Eby would pop in on chat and point me in the right direction. We are launching soon, and this app and the staff have saved me a ton of prep time.

This app is the answer to Shopify's shortcomings in reports. Virtually every piece of data is accessible throught this app. Anyone with basic understanding of Excel will be successful with this app, but if you need help, the customer service chat is top notch. Kudos.
