Data Export IO: Reports

This is a great app, perfectly designed and amazing customer service. They are very helpful and very prompt in responding to any requests. It is doing exactly what we needed it to do. We were looking to go with Multichannelworks which was more expensive and complicated I am glad we were referred to Data Export and very happy with it. Money well spent 5/5

Support is amazing. They help me to set up Advance Google Product Feed, that supports variation. I have even offered extra payment for their hard work, which they didn't take it. I think Data Export , should be must have Shopify Plus App.

Data Export is exactly what we were looking for. Love that we can customize the report ourselves and make easy changes if we need to. There is always someone available in the chat for questions and resolutions in real time. We are on the basic plan because we only need one report. We don't have to pay extra for what we don't need. Highly recommended! It's now 2024 and we still love Data Export! They just edited our original report to add the functionality we need without trying to sell us a bigger plan. Thank you, Data Export!

This app ROCK!!! It's set up so intuitive and easy enough for non-technical user like me to be able to create complicated business reports from scratch. Best of all if I ever got stuck and need help, the online support team is very responsive and SUPER HELPFUL (Thanks Vincent :-) )

Its been 2 years since my last review and wowee it just seems these people are so in tune with customer needs.| Always available and ready to assist, no wait time no "email me and we'll have a look"...Its simply go-go-go Love this app One year on from my last review and the only change has been that the support has improved...It was great 12 months ago but is now enhanced. This app is so easy to use... once you set it up it runs and runs. It includes a great scheduler and if you need something special the support guys are right there to help in no time and THEY FOLLOW UP. Its my favorite app! Review below is May 2017 How useful is this app and helpful is Vincent. A great UE for me. This has solved so many of my issues in developing a way to migrate my order data into my warehousing software seamlessly. Congrats Vincent you deserve the best.

Customer support has been very helpful. This app is very powerful for the price, and some of the options went well over my head when trying to set up my first few reports. I'm not a spreadsheet or data guru, but their support was quick and easy and got me going right away. This app will save our team many man-hours trying to get to the data we needed. Highly recommend at least trying the free trial and seeing if it does what you need.

Amazing customer service! Answers questions very quickly and thoroughly. Had a couple of issues on day 1 but it was solved within a couple of hours. Very impressed with the speed and ease of their live chat, emails and customer service. And I got the exact report I was looking for!

Great reports and great staff!

This is an incredibly sophisticated Data Export App just miles ahead of anything else I tested. We have used it to build a complex Commission Calculator using a number of rigidly defined rules all driven by Sales from the Shopify POS. It's quite daunting to use oneself (due to the fact it can do so much) but support has been incredible. I defined what we required and the Team have created the data report for us, programming various conditions to make the calculations work depending on Order Tags, Staff ID, Payment Status etc.. I didn't expect the level of service I've received or grasp how smart the App really is. I'd say there is almost nothing that cannot be exported from your Shopify Store using this App. Not only that, the App can be used to make conditional calculations on your data too. It's insanely good value for money when I consider what other developers would charge for this work. If you need some serious business data that goes way beyond what you can do with inbuilt Shopify reports or other Apps definitely give this a go. I feel like I'm giving away a best kept secret.. this really is amazing!!

Data Export is an excellent App for generating the reports I need for my business in Canada and the US. It should be made standard for all users. The information it can extract is critical for accounting and forecasting purposes.
