We have really pushed this app to the max to test its capabilities and it now an important part of our workflow on a daily basis. Any problems we have had were all errors with setup on our part. The support team have been extremely helpful in fixing and explaining the issue so we understand the platform more.

Vi har brugt Datafeedwatch ligesom vi skiftede fra Woocommerce til Shopify. Utrolig nem sætte op. De små ting jeg ikke selv kunne løse, blev afhjulpet af supporten på under 10 minutter. Klasse værktøj og support!

This is by far the best app that is friendly with merchant centre especially if you have multiple currencies. Casper was really helpful and he helped us configure our shopping feed

Thank you to the staff who helped me. ———————————————————————————— I am writing to share my frustrating experience with this app. I only tried out the app, but I didn't realize that I was being charged once I didn't properly close or cancel it. I contacted their customer support multiple times, but I never received any response. I couldn’t find any clear option to cancel the subscription within the app itself. After searching for quite a while, I finally managed to delete it through Shopify’s plugin section. I was charged a total of $239 USD and $80 USD without my consent. I am requesting a refund for these charges. I hope the team can resolve this issue promptly and improve the user experience.

Powerful feed apps can have a steep learning curve, but DataFeedWatch has for us been intuitive to use even for marketers with limited technical understanding. Their team has also been responsive and very helpful whenever there's been an issue or we've had questions.
