Literally can't even make an account to try it so this is clearly a terrible app

This app is total time wasting. Customer service is useless. I Just wasted time for nothing. There are no easy access to cancel the plane

First and foremost, we'd like to clarify a few facts regarding your experience: - We extended your free trial from the initial 2 weeks to 3 weeks to ensure you had ample time to explore our app and its features. - We understand that you had several interactions with our Support Agents during your trial period. Our team is here to assist and guide you to make the most of our app. - We acknowledge that you encountered issues from the beginning and even reinstalled the app. We also assisted you in installing the necessary stores. - You requested a Feed Setup for one of your stores connected to the Google Channel, which we promptly completed. Due to some complexity in the setup, we extended your free trial by an additional week as a goodwill gesture. - Upon completing the Feed Setup, we sent you an email with instructions on what additional data needed to be added to make it fully functional. We want to clarify that our intention has always been to empower you with the tools and guidance to set up and manage your store effectively. Updating my review from 5 stars as the customer support is as good as non existent. I sent support a request to enable variations in my listings as advised in their blog but several days have passed and zero response. 79 Euros is not a small amount and I'd expect a response within max 2 days. There are apps out there that charge far less but the support on them exists. A shout out to Marvin for being helpful and all but the support team not responding and being non existent makes this company not pleasant to work with. There is no way I would pay 79 Euros for non existent support, no way at all. The feed itself is quite nice and powerful but what good is all that if support is non existent. Imagine having an issue and you get no support. I would NOT recommend this app or company at all. Update: Updating in response to DataFeedWatch response. Way to vilify your customers by claiming that I didn't accept your apology. I only declined compensation as I felt I am not entitled to it as I didn't pay anything in first place and decided that I want to move back to a different service with another supplier. I never refused your apology and even explained that this review is left as is for May 2023 so that hopefully if you improve then your future customers will see new comments as a reflection of your improvements made. So please don't make it look like your customers are evil.

I had two issues within the first 10 minutes of using it - usually not a good sign. When I contacted the support I was asked (by the support person!) to pay for the solution during trial. Very weird. The customer support was also not very understandable and did not really try to be helpful. Unfortunately 1/5.

Was really excited for this app, and ok with paying $60 a month for a good product feed. Unfortunately after months I still wasn't seeing results. I had a problem with my feed link that nobody on their side caught. Their data feed also duplicated my products, and nobody from the tech could figure it out, and claimed it wasn't causing problems. Waste of time, waste of money. I removed the app today and will figure something else out.

Their terrible customer service can be very dangerous to your business. I've attempted to get a response for nearly 2 weeks now and my Google Shopping products are at risk of expiring because they don't seem to even look at my emails to them. I've contacted them through their support email address numerous times, through Shopify support numerous times (who forwards requests to them), and still NOTHING. Beware - If there are any problems that come up out of nowhere such as I'm dealing with, they are of no help and you risk losing your Google shopping feed because of it.

We have unsubscribed for 6 months and we are still being invoiced since. Impossible to get any refund, and we continue every month to be invoiced. If you want an honest partner, for sure not this one.

Service is sloppy. I got cut off on a chat because "he had to go" an no feedback since... Also got hit with a 60% price increase for no apparent reason.

Good app but customer service so bad. They respond in two weeks. My ticket: 588919 and 586637. And now it's still unresolved!

simply doesnt work, wasted so much time trying to get feed to work on google shopping only to find out that it was a problem with their coding. support is non existent no one ever answers you questions or fixes issues

Support is non existent. My feed stopped working two weeks ago and I've been trying to get help this whole time and I've gotten one response in two weeks saying "it's fixed" but it's NOT. So frustrated and unhappy.

The app stopped syncing with shopify at some point, and out of my 7000 advertised products only 46 synced. I found out a week after, and it took them 2 weeks to fix it. This review is dedicated to Sébastien from the customer service which was arrogant with me and unhelpful. Eventually it was solved by stopping to use datafeedwatch and using native shopify sales channels.

stopped providing a feed into google, got all of our listings deactivated, and when we call or message them, no response.

Horrible Tech Team. Have been trying for 1 week now to get the fix for the ID field but they are either on vacation or really lazy to do it. So if you are planning to use the app, make sure you are prepared for 1 week time for a fix, if anything break because they take their sweet time to get to resolving issues.

My understanding from other is that this is a good app for doing Google Shopping Feeds. However, if you want to do other feeds, beware. The Wish feed is simply broken; it exports in the wrong format. I pointed this out to them, and, amazingly, rather than implement the simple fix they told me to create a custom feed for Wish from Scratch. Then came eBay. Data Feed Watch doesn't handle variations correctly; they come up in random order. This can be done correctly, as other listing are. I have been trying to get DataFeedWatch support to work on this for weeks now, but the only tech support is by chat , and you often get different people each time. And they don't have a case system, so I have to explain to new people the problem each time, and then exactly nothing happens. If you know exactly what you want and know this product will do it, OK, but if you want to set up multiple feeds for different stores, and if you want decent support, go elsewhere. I have had a 1 star experience with the product, and a 0 star experience with tech support.

Customer Service was always a terrible experience for me with their chat. I was not successful setting up my Amazon channel feed...and despite my making many, many efforts...and being abandoned on live chat...I finally decided to cancel for the 2nd time. I tried to give a 2nd chance; but customer support never made me feel comfortable to say the least.
