Excellent and flexible feed, and support which is second to none. We have used this app for a while now and whenever I have an issue, or need support or advice, the team always go above and beyond to get it sorted.

5/5, great support, it does a take a little bit of time to work with the app, but the customer support is super helpful. For us we have all the features that we need.

The undisputed best feed tool out there. We have tried almost every tool out there and nothing comes close to DFW. The integration is seamless and the ability to write rules makes sure any new products will turn up in your feeds the way you want it to be. Their support is also top notch. A lovely gentleman called Ivan even went as far as to rewrite our janky regexp code to improve it. Absolute rockstars.

I've only had really great customer service, and they're always ready to help. This time I had the pleasure of the help of Maria which helped me fast while teaching me about the service.

Been using their app service for some years and never got dissappointed. Lastly I had some challenges where I needed some assistance and Casper from DFW support was very helpful and fast. Great app and outstanding support. Always get my issues solved.

Excellent feed that works really well. When we've had any issues (mostly caused by ourselves), then the support has been extremely quick and fixed it straight away. Very happy customer.

I recently signed up with Data Feed App. I have been having really hard time with Google Listings. Not knowing with Data Feed can do after signing up, I requested a 'demo'. Luckily I got Pawel. He not only listed to all my questions carefully, but eliminated all the issues one by one - methodically. I don't understand these things, but Pawel made it simple to work with him and guided me as well besides removing all the issues. He also gave me some home work to do. If you are looking for any assistance with Google Feed, don't waste your time any where else. Sign up with Pawel and he is great guy. Thank you.

Literally can't even make an account to try it so this is clearly a terrible app

Grundsätzlich ist datafeedwatch eine mächtige Lösung für Marktplatz Listings. Folgendes stört: - Ebay-Anbindung erst ab Tarif "Merchant". - Uploads nur per (S)FTP. Bei Ebay ist zumindest derzeit kein FTP-Setup möglich (Entwicklerzugang benötigt. Es erscheint beim Setup dauerhaft die lapidare Meldung, man solle es später versuchen). Wäre mit API-Anbindung zumindest bei kleinen Beständen wesentlich angenehmer. - Keine HTML-Vorlagen für bestimmte Marktplätze (Ebay) hinterlegbar. - Keine Bestellsynchronisation Marktplatz <-> Shopify möglich. Hier bräuchte es wieder separate Lösungen. - Für kleine Shops teuer

The platform is easy to use. I love the logic through operand conditions and also the ordering of rules. Everything seems intuitive and any queries are immediately answered. The customer support team, especially Ivan was excellent in supporting us with specific requests on the customized addition of variants in the feed for mapping. We look forward to setting up more sales channels with DataFeedWatch.
