5/5, great support, it does a take a little bit of time to work with the app, but the customer support is super helpful. For us we have all the features that we need.
I've only had really great customer service, and they're always ready to help. This time I had the pleasure of the help of Maria which helped me fast while teaching me about the service.

Highly recommend this tool to manage your product feeed. Excellent customer service.
Been using their app service for some years and never got dissappointed. Lastly I had some challenges where I needed some assistance and Casper from DFW support was very helpful and fast. Great app and outstanding support. Always get my issues solved.
Never any issues and great support
Excellent feed that works really well. When we've had any issues (mostly caused by ourselves), then the support has been extremely quick and fixed it straight away. Very happy customer.

Maria from Datafeedwatch has been really professionel assisting our clients feed optimisations. She has been able to identify issues with feeds every time I have asked for help (quiet a lot), which I find really reassuring. This way, we are able to provide a better server for our own clients.

Data feed Watch has truly been a game-changer for our business. We have been struggling for a while to our product feed up and running and with Data feed it's just a 2 click away. The platform is incredibly user-friendly. The intuitive dashboard provides a clear overview of our review metrics. But the one thing is standing out the most! Their CUSTOMER SERVICE! It's EXCEPTIONAL! You can be an analphabete and you still will be able to export your product with their help. Top notch customer service hands down!

Great app and terrific support. Their product is very effective in optimizing our data feed for Google Shopping. Also, their support rep, Chris, was very responsive and fixed an issue I was having quickly.

the Team at Data Feed Watch are amazing! It's incredible how quickly they respond and they do basically fix every situation you might ran into! Shout out to Casper for saving me like 10 hours of my time today! Casper taught me how to exclude over 500 products from my feed in less than 10 minutes. At first I wanted to do it manually! Talk about time and life saving help!
