Awesome feed app! I tried many other feeds app and they are only able to perform basic customization. This Datafeed watch allow to perform some really advanced customization in feed. Supports are also awesome, was really patient with helping me solving a complicated problem.

I had a tricky problem where I needed to compare dates to see if a product was a pre-order, backorder, in stock or out of stock. Marvin F went away, created a custom solution for me and called me back within an hour to solve the problem. I have tried 3 other data feed systems, and Data Feed Watch is the first that has been able to solve this problem.

I used this app to manage the data feed for Google Shopping ads and it really helps a lot. Generally speaking, it works good, but it is not easy to use for beginners since it uses some different terms than usual (like mapping rather edit or change); however, their representatives (Claire, Edgars) help a lot with this. Recently we had some issues with the sale_price setup. After chatting with their customer service representative (Tetiana), I fixed the issue immediately. The inconvenience is the time difference: sometimes they are offline while I'm working. Hope they can provide 24-hour customer service.

We've been using DFW for 2 years. It is excellent. It does exactly what you need, in respect of building product feeds for Google Merchant centre etc, and it's very flexible. Ideal if you're a business that wants to run Google Ads campaigns in multiple countries. The support team are also extremely responsive via live chat

While this app seems to have some potential the lack in support and documentation makes it really hard to integrate it properly.
