We have been using Dates & Rates for a while now and it has been a huge help with providing accurate shipping promises and ETAs to our customers. The founder, Tomas, has also been extremely quick to respond whenever we have any questions about the app. We have seen a big decrease in the amount of customer service emails regarding shipping times because the customer expectations are more accurate now. Highly recommend!

OpenBCI uses Dates and Rates for both Product Display Shipping Promise and Realtime Checkout Ship Estimates. Game changer for customer trust We've been using Dates & Rates for a few months now and it's made a real difference in how our customers experience shipping. Tomas (the founder) is genuinely engaged and responsive not the typical copy-paste support experience. He actually takes the time to understand your setup and follows up to make sure things are working. That kind of hands-on founder involvement is rare and appreciated.
