Easy setup and it's saving a lot of headache especially around holiday season and to pre-qwell questions around ship-by dates (ex. Mother's Day, Xmas, etc.). When we did have questions Tomas answered them swiftly and we've had no problem getting the app up and running through different theme updates. I hope the flat fee business model stays bc that was a major pull to keep our costs predictable & we def wanna keep using!!

Dates and Rates has been huge for our business. No more guessing on shipping prices - just exact prices being passed onto customers. Tomas has been incredibly hands on and is ready to help make adjustments or add features as necessary. Highly recommend this for anyone looking for dynamic shipping prices.

OpenBCI uses Dates and Rates for both Product Display Shipping Promise and Realtime Checkout Ship Estimates. Game changer for customer trust We've been using Dates & Rates for a few months now and it's made a real difference in how our customers experience shipping. Showing accurate delivery date estimates directly on the product page What sets this app apart beyond the functionality is the support. Tomas (the founder) is genuinely engaged and responsive not the typical copy-paste support experience. He actually takes the time to understand your setup and follows up to make sure things are working. That kind of hands-on founder involvement is rare and appreciated. If you're running an e-commerce store and want to build more trust at the point of purchase, this app is worth it.
