Dates & Rates has been very helpful for managing more detailed shipping requirements. We especially appreciate the flexibility around custom packing logic, destination exclusions, and international shipping configuration. It is powerful without feeling overly complicated, and the support has been excellent. Tomas has been hands-on and practical whenever we needed help fine-tuning the setup.
