I thought that with this app I would solve my issue of over selling items on Pre-Order and at first it was doing that very well with the Order Limit feature. But then the app started Adding QTY's to my inventory without notice, warning or any notification. This is not very helpful when we are trying to manage many different thigns and now I have to manage how an app is making changes to my stores inveorty without notice. I have sent over an email to try and get thisresolved and hope that it can. Otherwise I will eb requesting for a full refund, and will be lower this to a 1 Star.

The limit preorder feature that caused unexpected inventory changes has been deprecated for new merchants, and we’ve updated our system so it no longer adjusts your stock. We also improved our communication to make sure you always know exactly what’s happening in your store. We understand how critical accurate inventory is, and we’ve been in touch with your team to make things right. We’re committed to giving you a smoother, more reliable experience moving forward.
Amazing under rated app for preorders. We switched from another app which could not have pre orders for specific color variants, this app does that easily 10/10!!

14$ per month for such a simple app is ridiculous

Easy to use and great support! I started out with the free plan and I've been using it for a while now, you can customize shipping times and other stuff with just a couple fo clicks!

It's a good product. There is one feature missing that we could really use however Basil has been great supporting this and has been making the required changes manually for us. Thanks :)

I just started my first Shopify store and needed a way to take pre-orders. DC Pre-order was easy to to add and use. When I did have a question to make sure I had done it right, the customer service response was prompt and perfect. I definitely recommend!

So far, so good! A solid replacement for our previous, now defunct, preorder system. It does what it's supposed to do, and gives us plenty of control over how we ha del out-of-stock, back-ordered, and pre-release items. Very easy to use!

Highly recommend DC Pre-orders, super simple to set up yet highly customisable - goes beyond the capabilities of alternative apps and was the only viable solution for us with the customisations we needed. Support is fantastic and pricing is also very reasonable!

Edited Review: I ran into some limits for our store; we rely heavily on Bundles, and the DC Pre-order app has been conflicting with it. Basil was kind enough to personally walk me through the app and explain how it works and why it wasn't a good fit for us. I wish it were because that would have solved a few of our problems. Maybe in the future, if there is an update, I am open to giving it another go, simply because of the support received.

Such a good pre-order app. Easy to use and set up, with exceptional support and customer service. This app is great, it's crazy to me that it's not the first pre-order app on Shopify, it's much simpler and more practical than every other app I've tried. I had trouble setting up translations but I contacted the customer service and it went above and beyond to help me.

This app is dead simple and works right out of the box. Way better than the other two I tried. No nonsense. No crazy theme editing necessary. Turn it on. Add your products. Add the ship date. Done. Excellent support. Try this one before the others... or after the others so you know how frustrating they are comparatively.
