We've been using for over a year and it worked ok for a while but hasn't worked in 5 - 6 months and the support team has been useless. We have opened up multiple support tickets and can never get them to fix the issue. Bottom line is if you type an address in the store locator will not show you to closest store unless you increase the mileage bar to unlimited, then it shows every store in the country. Going to try and different app with better support.

Thanks to Jena and the technician Dinh Trong Linh our issue was solved fast and professionally. I really did not think that they would solve my issue this fast (under 24 hours) and to be honest, it was kind of our fault that the issue even occurred, but they still helped us to resolve it and stayed super nice. The explained what went wrong and solved our chaos in the background. I am super grateful for the perfect support. I already recommended this plugin so often and it is always worth it. Just amazing. Thank you guys.

After you paid for the app, then you need to register a google API by yourself. the key point is that it will generate billing to pay again. Such a cheat app, worse service. must remove it immediately.

Great help from Jennie. App works as described so far As you know there are a bunch of store locator apps on Shopify. However, this app combines all advantages and even tops that on a technical level. You can search by Location or name. And most convenient, you can use your own Google API key. We had a few questions about the app and got quick support from the support team. The customer service was very extremely helpful and willing to help me as efficiently as they could through chat support. They quickly solve my problems and this app does exactly what I need it to do for my online store. Great app that helps us identify our dealer network very easily. We will continue to use this app. Thank you again.

The app is actually super useful and I'm glad we have it. We had an issue with getting config settings to work, and I didn't realize that we had to specifically check our API key before doing so. I messaged the chat help, and this lovely assistant, Jena, helped me out and immediately got my issue fixed. I'm so thoroughly impressed to get help at a time I didn't expect to get help at (7 pm PST) and that it actually fixed my problem that I went out of my way to post this review. Thank you all!

Th Dealer and Store Locator app works well, especially with all the help from Jennie and Dinh Trong Linh who helped get it up and running. It is very easy to use and it automatically updates once you enter in a new location. There are a lot of options so you can customize the app based on your preferences. It allows us to easily show where our products can be found, along with their contact information and website to help raise awareness and drive sales to our dealers.

I chose Dealer & Store Locator because of the various map designs available and the price. I was able to customize the map to best match the look of my web storefront. Installing this app to my website was quick and easy as well. I had a little hiccup, but it was something that their customer support team was able to fix quickly. Jolie Nguyen and Pham Van Hoan specifically were a tremendous help and very pleasant to work with. I would recommend this app to anyone needing to add a store locator to their website.

Jena Nguyen from the support team was super friendly and helpful when I reached out with an image loading issue, and was able to quickly identify what went wrong in my application. Her fast responses made it easy to plan our next steps to get the issue fixed. This is a great and easy to use app with free premium features if you configure your own API key! It also has amazing customization options, making it simple to create a beautiful store locator.

We use this app to display a map of dealer and installers. Love the feature of being able to tag each store with a category so they can be filtered by the customer.

We started using the app a few weeks ago (after having tested different apps and not finding exactly what we were looking for) and are very happy with it. It’s free as we’re using our own API key, it’s highly customisable, and it works flawlessly! When we had a small issue we reached out to the support, who took on our issue super fast (shoutout to Jennie and Pham Van Hoan!) and found a solution. Overall we can only recommend going for this solution!
