Great app, received some great support from Gigi as the supporter and Viet Trung as the technician. Have approached them twice for support and have managed to resolve my issue very quickly. Easy to use and price point is also very friendly, highly recommend. Would like to see further customization options in the future such as font colour, font choices and all in the future so we wouldn't have to contact support to change them when they don't fit our webpage theme.

Jinny as the supporter and Van Hoan as the technician It's always aggravating when you have to reach out for help with any app you have on Shopify and it is especially aggravating when the support team for that app is subpar. That was not the case I had yesterday. I was pleasantly surprised and really just excited that Jinny and Van Hoan were able to answer my questions and repair a slight technical issue I was having in just a few minutes. Best helped I have received with an app hands down! The store locator app has helped grow my distribution network dramatically this year so I'm glad the issue was worked out so I wouldn't have to start over with a different app.

Although I had a bit of trouble getting the app installed and working on my site, the customer service provided by Jinny and the technical skills from Van Hoan were incredible. Jinny especially was incredibly responsive and helpful with every question I had throughout the process and they both worked tirelessly to assist me to get the app up and running. The app is very useful and easy to launch. The dashboard configuration is really friendly and it has everything we needed, I'm sure the fetaures it has could be really great to fit any kind of store. We totally recommend using the app! Also, the technical support was just great, Gigi and XuTho were really kind getting in touch with me and helping me during the installation. 100% recommended!

On Shopify, you may find a variety of shop location applications. However, on a technological level, this software combines all benefits and even outperforms them. You may search by location or name, and, most importantly, you can assign tags to specific dealers such as Premium-Dealer to provide the customer a better idea of the dealer he is looking for. Taking into account their support, the cost-performance ratio is excellent: BSS's assistance is, as always, exceptional, both in terms of Gigi's quick communication and the highly competent technical level of Ta Cuong. We are grateful for their assistance and prompt comprehension of our needs! Last but not least, they assisted us with importing and optimizing our dealer data for our needs! I appreciate it!

We substituted another store locator app by BSS Dealer & Store Locator. As you know there are a bunch of store locator apps on Shopify. However, this app combines all advantages and even tops that on a technical level. You can search by Location or name and, most important to us, give tags for special dealers like Premium-Dealer to give the user an better impression of the dealer he is looking for. The cost-performance ratio is outstanding, taking also into account their support: The support of BSS is, like always, excellent, both on the fast communication track by Jinny as the supporter and XuTho as the highly skilled technician. We really appreciate their help and fast understanding of our requirements! Last, but not least, they helped us in importing our dealer data and optimized it for our purpose! I was looking for a locator that would give me statistics on where people are looking for our product. Not only did this application give me that but I submitted suggestions to make my reporting easier and they implemented them within just a few weeks. TOP NOTCH SERVICE. Smooth running application that is both intuitive and functional. Customer service and development are "ON IT" and responsive to consumer needs.
