I would highly recommend this app! Their customer service is top-notch. I installed the app without issue but wanted some adjustments made to remove some extra white space below the map. I reached out to their support team and they promptly fixed the issue without hesitation. It works perfectly now, and I could not be more pleased.

We reached out to the developer BSS Commerce and Jena had our issue resolved lightning fast! She was very quick with visual representations of every change we needed to make and wanted to make. She spoke directly to the developers to have our app customized to fit our theme. We could not be happier with the service. Thank you!!

We've been happy with this app. There were a few minor things that we worked out. Most importantly, because the customer service is fantastic. Any of our questions have been answered promptly. They are reliable and thorough. Its refreshing.

The app does exactly what it says it does, and does it well. On top of that, any questions or problems that we've had along the way have been met with prompt and thorough customer service that has surprised us. We have worked with several agents - Jocelyn, Mabel, and others on previous tickets. The only thing to keep in mind is the time zones are much different, so you will need to wait for them to be in office.

Lucie is very supportive and she made my day! Always reachable, she listened carefully to a non-IT nerd and she found the right way to guide me through my task.

After trying out many different store-locator apps, Mappy is definitely my favourite. Has a great look-and-feel and their customer service is amazing! Thanks Jennie and the tech team!

Great app for making a Dealer Locator on our website. Very receptive customer support as well!

Horrible. Entered 5 dealers to start, looked good. Used the bulk import .csv file to upload the remaining 89 and none of them would locate on the map. Contacted support and notified them of this. Zero help. Didn't even look into settings nothing. Just pass to someone else that isn't available right now.

Prompt assistance and resolution when needed. I have been very impressed by the ease of use of the app and the customer service.

Great Support Service. Had a problem with My Google Maps API Settings got in touch via online chat support and it was kind and quick.

Their team were prompt with their responses. They are able to resolve all the issue i highlighted to them immediately . And the best part of this app is the ability to integrate with Google API. Can't recommend enough. Best apps!

This does not work on new shopify it seems.
