Jennie was highly responsive and assisted in updating the Store Locator to match our store's appearance, including colours and typography. I'm very pleased with the app; it's a significant improvement over what we had previously, offering a wide range of customisation options. One important thing to keep in mind: if you need to make bulk updates to a list, it's better to download it first, add the additional stores, delete all the existing ones, and then re-upload. Re-uploading stores may lead to duplicate entries.

Very clean and simply store locator to let me customers find the stores in their area that stock our product. The search can be by location or address, as well as scrolling map. I am very happy with it, it has enough customization for what I need. I had one small issue and it was resolved same day. Very happy!

We've been using for over a year and it worked ok for a while but hasn't worked in 5 - 6 months and the support team has been useless. We have opened up multiple support tickets and can never get them to fix the issue. Bottom line is if you type an address in the store locator will not show you to closest store unless you increase the mileage bar to unlimited, then it shows every store in the country. Going to try and different app with better support.

Thanks to Jena and the technician Dinh Trong Linh our issue was solved fast and professionally. I really did not think that they would solve my issue this fast (under 24 hours) and to be honest, it was kind of our fault that the issue even occurred, but they still helped us to resolve it and stayed super nice. The explained what went wrong and solved our chaos in the background. I am super grateful for the perfect support. I already recommended this plugin so often and it is always worth it. Just amazing.
