Orchid review for Delhivery ‑ Logistics Platform

Continously receiving message pickup is cancelled as shipment was not ready. Not able to understand why you guys are rescheduling the pickup again and again as pickup was ready from 14th July (date on which i placed pickup). Need proper solution for this as i have heard lot about Delhivery so expecting quicker and faster solution.
