Extremely Disappointing Experience – Poor Support, Delivery Issues & Incorrect Charges Our experience with this courier company has been highly unsatisfactory. We have faced multiple cases where shipments were marked with delivery remarks that customers disputed. In one recent case, the customer confirmed that no delivery call was received and no genuine delivery attempt was made. Despite repeated requests, the courier company failed to provide any call logs, call recordings, GPS records, or other evidence supporting the delivery remarks entered into their system. Even after providing alternate contact numbers and confirming customer availability, the shipment remained undelivered. Numerous tickets and follow-ups were raised, but meaningful action was not taken. In addition to delivery-related concerns, we have also faced issues with weight discrepancies and additional weight charges that were difficult to verify. Obtaining proper clarification or resolution for such charges has been a frustrating process. The biggest concern is the lack of accountability and responsiveness. When businesses depend on accurate tracking, genuine delivery attempts, transparent billing, and timely support, such issues can result in financial losses, delayed deliveries, unnecessary RTOs, and dissatisfied customers. We expect a courier partner to provide clear evidence when delivery remarks are disputed, resolve complaints promptly, and maintain transparency in billing practices. Unfortunately, our experience has been the opposite. Based on our experience, we cannot recommend this courier service to businesses looking for reliable delivery operations, transparent weight management, and responsive customer support.

Tried making a account on their website multiple times, It always says the account is created but when I try to login the account does not exist. Worst ui experience. Fix it and get a option to give support to the people who dont have a account on your portal, You guys might be good in business but you are loosing customers to your weak ui and onboarding

Tech needs to be upgraded, Also Delhivery seller support is not supportive at all, No co-ordination. It is impossible to get in touch with them. FAKE NDR's are high.
