I spoke extensively with the delivery team, but they have a lot of technical issues. Anyone else? I'm not getting a proper response from their end—and their service is abysmal!

I was constantly getting emails from delhivery that you might be facing syn issue and do the following steps to solve it. When i followed the steps and uninstalled the delhivery app from shopify, it is not getting re-installed again as saying 'unable to fetch store data' and there is no prompt response from delhivery team.

not able to install it. error is coming : Failed to fetch shop data. syncing is an issue rn.
