This my first time and the service is good.
We are able to use delivery to schedule our shipments. However, some very basic functionality is missing. 1. Delhivery does not update status of payments It has collected from customers on Shopify. 2. While Shiprocket used to send customer notifications after every shipment, Delhivery doesn’t do it. Instead, they want us to subscribe to their per WhatsApp Service.
Recent integration with Amazon is HUGE help! But orders on Amazon are not automatically selecting Delhivery in shipping service. This has to be done manually by re-editing shipping service. Wastes time, please fix.

The integration has been stable for several months, and the shipping service auto-populates as expected.
