The app is not working properly, the shipping data is not being pushed to Shopify, and we have to manually enter the details and fulfil the orders on Shopify. This is time consuming if you have to manually fulfil all orders and Shopify. I have raised multiple requests to delhivery team, but all they keep saying is uninstall and reinstall the app and it should work, but even after doing that, it is not working and there is no proper response from the Delhivery team to fix this issue, absolute trash.

Delhivery has leaked the data for all the Shopify stores, scammers are calling customers asking for OTP and payments. That's why in the garb of app updation they have sent the mail to disconnect the stores. Pure thieves.

on boarding promises were huge, and deliverables are not even close. Stuck in the loop of fake promises. Each day has a different reason for not picking up the parcels. fake status is posted "shipper unavailable" SIR 24x7 Guard is on duty. It is a work place and not a resident. Status post karne mein toh dimaag laga lein? Khair, Kuch Hone wala nahi hai yahan per likhne ke baad bhi. Last try!! 1 star cause our POC has lot of patience.

The app is currently not working properly and keeps showing the error “Failed to fetch shop data.” This is causing major inconvenience in daily operations. Even after trying to reinstall the app, the issue persists. Additionally, we are forced to manually enter customer details again, which is time consuming and inefficient. Kindly fix this issue at the earliest and ensure proper synchronization of shop data. A stable and reliable app experience is essential for smooth business operations.

I was constantly getting emails from delhivery that you might be facing syn issue and do the following steps to solve it. When i followed the steps and uninstalled the delhivery app from shopify, it is not getting re-installed again as saying 'unable to fetch store data' and there is no prompt response from delhivery team.

I am writing this review after using this app for more than a year, and I can confidently say that while the app itself may not have major technical issues, the courier service is absolutely the worst I have ever experienced. Pickup is a complete nightmare. The courier person never arrives during the scheduled slot. Instead, you repeatedly receive false updates claiming “we tried calling you but you were not reachable,” when in reality no call attempt is ever made. This has happened consistently, not once or twice. What makes it worse is that the pickup location is a well-known warehouse address, and they have successfully picked up from the same location multiple times in the past. So the excuse of not being able to locate or contact us simply does not hold. Their warehouse operations are even more frustrating. If you visit in person, you are met with endless excuses like “shipment not manifested,” “system error,” or “we can’t find it in our system.” There always seems to be a new reason to avoid doing the actual job. In one instance, a parcel was kept in their warehouse for more than a week without even initiating shipment. This kind of delay is unacceptable for any business relying on timely deliveries. I have also used their service with Meesho, and the experience there was equally disappointing. Their agents are completely unresponsive when picking up return orders. Multiple times, fake products were accepted from fake customers without any proper verification. As a result, I had to raise repeated claims, which ultimately led to the loss of my Meesho seller account. This is a serious failure in handling returns and protecting sellers. I am writing this after multiple back-and-forth trips to their warehouse just to get my last order shipped. This level of inefficiency and lack of accountability is shocking. If you are a startup or an established e-commerce business, using this service will cost you your customers and your credibility. This is not just about inconvenience—it directly impacts your business reputation. I strongly DO NOT recommend this courier service. Please stay away and choose responsible courier providers in India if you want to deliver a reliable experience to your customers. I have now moved away from this provider even though I still have balance left in my account. I am willing to lose that money rather than risk losing my customers and my business.

We have been shipping with Delhivery for the last 2 years. However, for the last one month or so, there have been a lot of weight discrepancies, and charges have been deducted from our wallet. Also, at the time of delivery (or whenever there is any issue), we are not able to reach the local delivery center or the executives. I have tried reaching out to customer care through tickets, but they have been constantly misleading and are in a hurry to close the tickets without providing any resolution. This has frustrated me to the point that we are planning to stop doing business with Delhivery. I have also raised a complaint on the consumer forum regarding the harassment and the way this is impacting our business.

Absolutely terrible experience with Delhivery. There is no way to speak to a real human agent. For the past week, there have been zero pickups, yet every day the system shows a false update saying “shipper not available” even though we are present at our location with shipments ready. Customer support is completely useless, offering only copy-paste replies without actually resolving the issue. The web dashboard is in a broken state — pickup requests don’t display properly, making it impossible to manage shipments. There is no escalation mechanism, no accountability, and no option to contact a supervisor or manager. For a company of this scale, this level of service is shocking and unacceptable.

Just to recap for your future reference: COD needs to be enabled directly in your Shopify Admin (under Settings > Payments > Manual Payment Methods) before it becomes visible at checkout. Once that is switched on, Delhivery One will automatically detect COD orders. If you have any other questions regarding our services, you can raise a support ticket from Delhivery One.

Platform is good and the rates are good. Moved onto this from Shiprocket as there were many issues there but now we are starting to face the same issues here. Our customers are receiving different products from what we sent, There are different products coming in RTO. There seems to be some scam going on within the sorting team in their Hub and we the brand are facing customer abuse and tarnishing our name because of this. Only option is to raise tickets as AM who is assigned never picks up the call and is busy all the time.

Worst service experience. No one comes for pickup, and there is no proper communication from the team. Shipments are kept ready, but still not picked up, affecting our operations badly. This is a recurring issue, There is no accountability, and it feels like pickups are being ignored deliberately, When we contacted the branch, we were told that their manager had instructed not to pick up our orders. Customer support is also not helpful — tickets get no proper response, and there is no way to reach a responsible person. Highly disappointing service.

There is absolutely no way to talk to a real agent at Delhivery. For the past one week, there have been no pickups at all, yet every day we receive a false update saying “shipper not available” when we are very much at our location with shipments ready. Their customer support only gives copy-paste responses without solving the actual problem. The web app is in a terrible state pickup requests don’t even show properly in the dashboard. No proper escalation, no accountability, and no way to directly connect with an agent or manager. For a company of this scale, this level of service is unacceptable.
